((I am punny ;) ))

Chasing Dream outside of the castle itself was easy. The hard part only came when they reached outside. Each one for the four men didn't exactly have their head in the game at the moment. They followed Dream through the winding corridors until they burst through the main doors, leading out into the front of the castle. Thankfully the rain had slowed to a complete stop, leaving the atmosphere heavy with moisture.

George watched as Dream scurried away to a carriage, only to reemerge with his famous cloak and mask. Have to stay with his theme i suppose. Dream then vanished into the night, leaving nothing behind but chaos. Inhaling the wet night air, George turned to his team.

Bad was damn near hysterics, he was pacing around, looking back at the doors with longing. He was ringing his hands together nervously. Ant was trying to calm him down, Sapnap looked distance, something was on his mind as well. All of them were thinking about something other than the mission at hand.

"What do we do?" Sapnap spoke first, his breath was visible in the cold night air.

"I think the question is... what can we do?" Ant replied. He placed his hand on Bad's back, dragging it up and down in a circle motion trying to calm him.

"We have to do something. It's now or never, we are running out of time!" Bad cried out.

"What happened back there Bad?" George asked, approaching his friend. "You've been weird lately. You have always been the one most unaffected by this whole thing. Now when we are at the end of our ropes, you want us to move forward. What. Happened?" George demanded.

Bad looked up at George, fear swirling in his nearly black eyes. He stared for a moment, matching the same intense emotion that came from George. Bad stood up straight, pushing Ant away from him slightly. "When someone you thought was dead, reappeared all of the sudden, only to be threatened by one who already holds so much over your head. You'd be like this too." Bad said, his voice deep.

George thought about Sam in the moment. What would he do if he found out Sam was alive? But alas he knew Sam died on that field. In a way, George died too. George inhaled deeply, Bad whipped the tears that brimmed his eyes away and sniffled.

"I know where he is going." Bad pushed passed George, taking the lead. Before Bad took take another step, George grabbed his wrist. Bad slowly turned, he found George looking at the floor with a sorrowful expression.

"I'd give anything to see my friend again. I don't know what you are going through and i wont pretend too. You have preached since the beginning you know more than you are saying, eluding to the idea that maybe Dream isn't the bad one." George lifted his head, a sad smile brushing his lips. "I trust you. Wherever you lead, I'll follow."

There was a flame of unknown emotion flickering in Bad's darkened eyes. George frowned slightly, releasing his grip around Bad's wrist. There was a moment of silence as a thick fog of tension settled over the group. Bad then gave a dorky smile, pulling his friends into a group hug.

"I promise that once we get to where we are going, all will be revealed. It'll be easier." Bad promised.

"As heart warming as this is..." Ant purred warmly. "We are still in suits. While handsome as we all are, we aren't suited for battle." The other members of Ant's party groaned at his less than fruitful joke.

After rolling his eyes, Sapnap spoke up. "If Bad knows, with out a doubt where Dream is heading, then i suggest we get out of these outfits and into our armor. It'll be a fair fight then."

Everyone nodded in agreement. According to Bad, Dream was heading North towards the ocean. If he continued traveling without stop, he'd reach there by sunrise, which isn't saying much since it was just past midnight now. Each man split off to go to their separate chambers to change out of their suits.
