Chapter 3

Zoey's POV

"Ugh great. Why does he have to be here?" I moaned in annoyance.

"It's school Zoey. Everyone has to go to school." Zeke chuckles.

"No I meant why does he have to be living?" I rolled my eyes. I really could not stand Calum. He is nothing but asshole.

"Do you hate him that much?" Zeke asks me. Everyone had returned to their normal conversation while me and Zeke talked about the creature who just enter the cafeteria

"Yes I do Zeke" I nodded my head.

"Relax he isn’t going to pull a prank on you. If he does I will beat him up." Zeke says putting an arm around me and pulling me closer to him. I smile knowing that Zeke is there for me when I needed him. He was honestly the best guy friend I ever had.

"Can I watch?" I smiled.

"Sure." Zeke smiled a smile that made the room brighter.

"Ladies, guys… bitch." A voice said. There goes the sunshine. There goes the chance of being able to time travel, because the devil had decided to open his mouth.

"I thought this school got rid of all the bugs." I joked making everyone at the table let out a chuckle, and the devil to roll his eyes.

"What do you want Calum?" Ellie asked the creature. Why is he here? Oh wait, I knew that answer.

"Nothing just stopping by to say 'hi' and I was going to ask Alan if I could borrow the notes for Science since I missed class." The creature answers.

"You don't care about getting the notes for class. It's your fault that you didn't show up and took them yourself." I snapped. I knew exactly why he was here. He wanted to make fun of me again. I went a week without his comments and now he has return to make more. Fuck you Calum Hood.

Calum rolls his eyes and was about to say a comment when his best friends arrived. Thank god, I didn't mind his friends, they were cool guys.

"There you are mate, we been looking for you." A tall blonde, named Luke said putting his arm Calum shoulder.

"Hola amigos" A red head said, known as Michael or Mikey for short.

Everyone in our group and even Calum's friends knew that I hated Calum and he hated me. But what my group and I don't know is, why Calum hates me so much. Honestly that is mainly why I hate him so much, because it seems to me that he hates me for no reason and pulled evil pranks one me for no reason. I have never ever done anything to him so why have so much angry towards someone who has done nothing wrong. I really didn't understand it.

"How is everyone?" Another blonde, know as Ashton asked with a smile on his face. If I were to rate everyone's smile in the school Ashton would come in first place. He had the best smile in the world. His laugh was contagious too; he is an awesome friend to have.

"Good, how are you four?" Nikki answers to be polite. This was so like her, she is really nice. All the teachers always think she was an angel, but when she was around her best friends like me for an example she was a totally different person. She had a wild side which I love. Plus she answered because she had a thing for Ashton.

"Good, until the freak opened her mouth." Calum answered rolling his eyes. See I don't see what caused him to have so much angry for me. I have done nothing wrong besides make a joke. But to be fair I only said it because he started this whole hatred relationship since we were younger. For no reason may I add.

"Calum!" Luke hissed hitting his best friend at the back of his head. I wished Luke had hit him harder and in the stomach. I would have enjoyed watching that.
