Chapter 12

Calum's P.O.V

After Zoey had stormed off, everyone just let it be. She was extremely mad and I knew why. Luke drove Dawn home, and Ashton and Mikey headed to their own home. I picked up some food for me and my sister and headed home. I just agreed to date Zoey. I didn't even think about it for much time, all I was thinking about was the band and how much I wanted to be in the band.  

"He.re you go," Smiled the girl at the counter handing me the food I nodded. I paid for the food and she tapped away on the register. After a minute she handed me the receipt and look me in the eye with a smile. "See you again." I ignore her and headed out the door, I looked at the receipt and saw that she left her number on it. I crumple the paper up and threw it out. It's not like I will be able to use it.

Or maybe I can I mean it's not like me and Zoey are actually dating, so it wouldn't count as cheating. I mentally slap my head for not thinking about that. Then I mentally slap my head again for thinking about that, this was why Luke didn't want me to be in the band. He was worried that I wouldn't be committed. But I couldn't help but to think how stupid Luke Hemmings is. Stupid Lucas Robert Hemmings is making me go out with a girl that I hate. Honestly if it weren't for the band then I probably wouldn't have accepted this deal. He knew that I would do anything to be in the band. So of course he tries to mess me with by making this dumb ass deal. He knew why I hated her so much. He doesn't hate her. I guess I could fake date her for a while, but I swear that as soon as this deal is over then I am done. It's not like, I'm going to do couple things voluntary with her. I don't even want to be near her.

I walked over to my car and got into the driver seat, I place the bag filled with food on the passenger seat and turned on my car. I drove home planning to waste my day at home.

"Mali I'm ho-" I shout, entering the house. Mali walks to the top of the stairs case and walks down.

"I'm right her Calum, you don't need to shout" My sister smiles as she approaches me. I may never say it to her face, but sister was the best. I would do anything for her. We have a close brother and sister bond. We would tell each other things that mum and dad don't know about, we would save each other's ass when we sneak out, and a bunch other stuff.

"Are mom and dad still here?' I ask handing her the bag with food. She takes the bag and shakes her head no and takes the bag to the kitchen looking inside. I follow her inside, since I was hungry too. "Oh, cool I guess." I sighed, sitting down at the island where she placed the bag to sodas I reaching for the bag to grab the food. She hands me a bottle of coke and sits down next to me.

"What happen? You came back home early." She asked dumping what was left in the bag down in front of her.

I sighed, "Stuff I didn't want to hear." I spoke honestly. I should have thought about dating Zoey more. I really should have. But who knows maybe she will say no. Who am I kidding; she is going to say no. She was completely pissed off at Dawn. Not that I blame her, I mean, I expected more from Dawn. Never thought she would set her best friend up to date their enemy. Not going to lie but it wasn't a smart move.

"What happen? Is everything okay?" My sister asked worried. I shook my head and told her what happen. She already knows how I hate Zoey so I didn't have to explain much."So you are going to date her?" She asked once I was done recalling what happened. I nodded; see turned her head and looked at what was in front of her. She let out a breath from shock and shook her head. "This is great!" She snapped her head towards me with a smile. Whatever I said about of Mali being awesome is now a lie. They are false, and I going to pretend she didn't even say a word.

"I'm glad you agree that I got myself into a total mess." I rolled my eyes and took a bite out of my food.

"Calum," she warned like a mother does to their child.
