Chp 13- Friend or Foe

Jungkook POV~

I woke up, I would say rather calmly. Or should I say sleep? I slowly opened my eyes and saw the ceiling. I felt something moving on my hand and turned and saw..........one of the most beautiful sights I will ever see. Kuhi was sitting there sleeping soundly, with her head resting on her hand which was on my hand. I propped up on my elbow and looked at her. 

Oh, don't think I was sleeping the whole time last night 😏. 

What happened last night, Jungkook POV~

"It's ok, it's ok Kookie. Kuhi is here. She will keep u safe...she loves u and is right here."

Was the first thing I heard when I woke up from the restless sleep. At first, I thought it was a dream but then I felt something rubbing my hand. I didn't open my eyes but I knew it was Kuhi. What was she doing here? But I don't care. She was here and that was all I needed. I felt her stroke my hair and my cheek. I so wanted to lean into the touch but I'm pretty sure she would go away when I woke up. But never the less, I still held her hand. I heard a faint humming too. It was a tune. A nice pleasant one. Then suddenly thunderstruck again. I subconsciously held on tighter to her hand and started breathing heavingly. I felt soft hands rub my ear and I calmed down almost immediately.

Then I felt something I never felt before. I felt a soft pair of lips gently kiss mine and knowing that they were Kuhi's made me want to kiss back sooooo bad but I didn't want her to leave, so I kept my eyes shut and continued acting like I was sleeping. I risked a small smile before falling into a deep slumber.

Back to present~

I smirked to myself. She kissed me. She kissed me. And soon the smirk turned into a goofy grin. AAAAAHH! SHE KISSED ME!! FIRST TOO!!!! I was actually still in doubt if it was a dream but here she was sitting on the floor and sleeping with her head on my bed. Wait she is sitting on the floor!! I quickly and quietly got out of bed and picked her up bridal style and put her on the bed comfortably. When I put her down she shifted around a little and then lay still with only her chest rising and falling.

Who knows for how long she was awake last night with me. I looked at her face and smiled softly. When I first saw her, I didn't think she looked all that great at all. I would have listed a dozen girls who looked better than her. But eventually, I started seeing her beauty slowly. When I say that, I don't only mean her face, but also her nature and personality. I knew behind all those sharp comments, there was a broken girl, trying her best to mend herself without bothering anyone. I wanted to get to know that girl. And help her. 

I moved forward and placed a gentle but passionate kiss on her lips. Wow, they were soft!

Just then Kuhi's eyes fluttered open. She looked at me with sleepy eyes for a minute and then her eyes widened, I guess by seeing how close to her face I was, and that I just kissed her. She screamed and scrambled back and ended falling on the other side of the bed with a thud. I climbed on the bed and looked down on the other side and smiled my sweetest smile.

" Good Morning Jagi," I said, completely ignoring the fact that she was lying on the ground groaning in pain. She shot a glare at me but her look softened. Ok, what?

"Good Morning. Did u sleep well?" She asked. I was taken aback.

" Y-yeah." I managed to reply. She nodded and got up. She started going while groaning and rubbing her back. Then as fast as I could I ran up to her and hugged her from the back. She froze.

" Thank U so much," I said, my words muffled by her hair. She relaxed to my touch.

" Anytime." She said and turned around gave me a quick peck on my lips and ran off to her room. My mind was blank. Ok, is she sick or something? Don't get me wrong. I loved it. But this is Kuhi we are talking about.
