THE NEXT MORNING
i wake up to the familiar smell of what i can only describe as ricky, smiling softly to myself despite my killing headache. i open my eyes to see that i'm in his bed, spread out in his silky soft sheets. i pat the bed for him, realizing he's not here. i don't really remember what happened last night, and don't make an effort to until i see that i'm in his sweater, and not my dress from last night.
wait, we didn't...right?
no. definitely not. ricky wouldn't do that-unless he had a lot to drink, too? i can't remember.
i groggily turn over just as his bedroom door opens, ricky wearing a fresh new pair of clothes (his make sure your friends are okay sweater and grey sweatpants) and his curly hair dripping wet, so i'm assuming he took a shower.
"what happened?" i groan into his pillow, ignoring the fact that my face is smudged all over with mascara and my hair is all tangled.
"morning, princess," he jokes, setting down a plate of waffles along with a glass of water, "there's an aspirin on there too, you didn't take yours last night."
"mm, come here," i say with my eyes closed (because it's just way too bright in here), making a grabby motion towards him with my hands. judging by the fact that he has any recollection of last night, i think it's safe to say he didn't have any.
