IN THE KITCHEN
"Hope, what's up? Where's Jimin?" Jin asked when Hoseok entered the kitchen.Jin, Yoongi and Namjoon were hanging out in the kitchen, eating some leftovers while Jin made tea for all of them. There was no kitchen staff there today. Hoseok started to look through the shelves.
"Eh, he's cold. He needs something hot. Hi Namjoon!" Hoseok said.
"Hi Hope. You okay?" Namjoon said while helping Jin with the cups.
"You mean Jimin is actually here? In your room?" Yoongi interrupted.
"Uhu. He needed dry clothes." Hoseok said as if this was a totally reasonable explanation.
"Why did he come, Hope? I guess it wasn't to borrow a sweater." Jin asked, curious.
"I... I have no idea, Jin. He didn't really say. But...-" Hoseok said.
"But what?" Yoongi asked.
Hoseok couldn't help smirking.
"He's not with Jackson anymore." Hoseok said, continuing opening and closing cupboards and drawers.
Jin, Namjoon and Yoongi stared at him, with their eyebrows raised, wanting to hear more.
"Where's the ramen anyway, Jin?" Hoseok asked.
Jin opened a cupboard and took out a couple of packages of ramen of different tastes. Then he filled a pot with water and put it on the stove for Hoseok, who honestly wasn't the best cook.
"What do you mean he's not with Jackson?" Jin asked while waiting for the water to boil.
"I asked him and he said it was over. That's all I know." Hoseok said.
He opened the ramen he wanted to cook and gave them to Jin, who put them into the now boiling water, pouring the seasoning over them and stirring it with a pair of chopsticks.
"So, are you and Jimin getting back together, Hope, or what?" Namjoon asked.
Hoseok just stared dreamily ahead. He wanted so badly to get back together with Jimin. But was it even possible? Could they move past everything that happened and start over? Would Jimin ever be able to trust him, to love him again?
"I... -" he started. "I honestly don't know. And I don't want to think about it. I need to help him get warm again, after he sat for so long in that cold and rain. Is the ramen ready, Jin?"
"It is." Jin said and poured it into a bowl for Hoseok to bring up to his room.
"Thanks." Hoseok said.
Jin and Yoongi looked after him when he walked out of the kitchen.
"Fuck, that man is whipped!" Jin said.
"So totally whipped. He'd lie down in the mud for Jimin without even hesitating if he thought it'd help Jimin to keep his feet dry." Yoongi said.

IN HOSEOK'S ROOM
Hoseok pressed down the door handle with this elbow and nudged the door open with his shoulder, since he held the bowl of ramen with two hands.
After entering the room he pushed the door shut with his foot. He walked over to the table beside the sofa where he set the bowl down.
"Jimin? Jiminie?" he said, seeing Jimin lying with his eyes closed curled up on the sofa.
