Chapter 10: Hey new kid, what's your name?

IN SCHOOL

"Hey Yoongs, what do you think Hope said to that new kid?" Jin asked.

Jin and Yoongi were now sitting on a bench talking between classes, J-Hope had been rude to the teacher in class so he had to go to the principal's office.

"I have no fucking clue, wanna find out?" Yoongi asked with a smirk on his face, looking at Haechan who was standing in front of his locker.

Jin chuckled and nodded. They stood up and went towards Haechan. Yoongi slammed his hand on the locker beside Haechan and turned him around by pushing his shoulder. Jin stood on the other side of Haechan.

"So new kid, what's your name?"

He's pretty cute actually... No! What the fuck Yoongi, snap out of it, Yoongi thought to himself while looking at the poor kid.

"H-Haechan." he answered, a bit scared from the sudden question from a random person.

Yoongi leaned in really close to Haechan's ear. His lips slightly brushing against the younger's earlobe

"Okay, so Haechan you remember that guy who came and whispered something in your ear at lunch break, right?" Yoongi asked, not too loud, so that only Haechan and Jin heard.

Haechan nodded, looking like he got scared just by the thought of J-Hope. Yoongi moved back to look Haechan in the eyes.

"Now answer me this, what did he say?" Yoongi asked in a serious tone.

Haechan wasn't sure if he should answer or not, so he just stood there staring at the floor.

"Answer me for fucks sake!" Yoongi now yelled at him, banging his hand on the locker door. Haechan jumped in fear before answering.

"Okay, okay. He said 'He's taken, so if you even DARE to touch him I'm going to fucking kill you.'" Haechan answered in a scared tone.

Yoongi and Jin got shocked and looked at each other before just nodding and going back to the bench they were sitting on.

They didn't say anything for a few minutes until Jin spoke.

"Yoongi, you know what this means, right?" Jin asked.

"What do you mean?"

"Hope couldn't stand seeing that Haechan kid touching this Jimin guy. And he didn't even punch back when Jimin hit him. Plus I'm sure you remember that it was that Jimin kid who saved him this summer when he was about to drown. Yoongi, most likely all this means that for some reason Hope likes that orange haired prick. Or what do you think?" Jin said, like it was obvious.

"Jinnie, Hope has never liked anyone in his whole life. And why would he like that kid, he's just a weakling who feels sorry for people he doesn't even know."

"But why else would he say something like that? 'Jimin is taken.' Well, he clearly isn't." Jin stated.

"So, why don't we just ask him in that case?" Yoongi said.

"Yes, we really need to talk to Hope about this. He's forgetting about his responsibilities at work."

Jin looked at Yoongi and remembered he had wanted to ask him something else.

"Yoongs, by the way. Was that Kim Namjoon as hot as they say he is, as hot as he looks in the pictures?"

"Jin, what the actual fuck?" Yoongi said, shaking his head at the stupidity of Jin's question.

Then J-Hope came back from the principal's office and sat down on the bench between Yoongi and Jin.

They talked about how they needed to have a meeting with Kim Namjoon later this afternoon, but both J-Hope and Yoongi had other stuff to do, so Jin would have to take the meeting instead. Jin didn't complain.
