"-Joe I saw how you looked at her! You looked totally in love!" Y/N yelled. Joe has been getting a little too friendly with one of his friends lately. He was constantly talking about her, always bringing up something they did together, and he even cancelled 3 of their dates to go hang out with her.
"Y/n, stop making a big deal out of this when its not! I don't like her like that and you know it!" He snapped back, raising his voice slightly.
"Are you sure?! Because based on the way you've been acting it damn well doesnt seem that way!" Y/n had the thought in her mind that Joe has been cheating on her, and Y/n doesn't usually act like this when Joe hangs out with one of his friends more than usual. She really only started caring when he started cancelling their dates.
"Y/n will you stop being jealous and get over yourself?!" Joe replied, almost instantly regretting it.
Y/n paused, tears of frustration and hurt in her eyes. "I give up! Go hang out with her, youre always talking about her, you even cancelled our dates for her. I see how much I mean to you in this relationship." Y/n walked away, not in the mood for any sort of interaction with anyone.
Its been 3 days. No texts, calls, no sign of Joe. He wouldnt even dare look at you in school, he still sat next to you but wouldnt say a word. In Joes mind this is what he think you wanted, space and not talking to him. But it was killing Joe, he missed you, and he didnt wanna loose you.
So, that day after school Joe went to your house and knocked at the door. You were doing homework but got up and opened it.
"Joe? What're you doing here?" Y/n asked, caught off guard from his sudden appearance.
"Y/n, Im really sorry. I shouldve listened to you and i shouldnt have been so rude. I love you a lot and you mean the world to me! Please forgive me!" Joe felt guilty for making it seem like he didnt love Y/n. He didnt mean to at all.
"Joe its okay...Im sorry for overreacting. I love you also." Y/n replied. She hugged him, just then realizing how much she missed him.
Joe smiled, feeling better knowing Y/n was no longer mad at him.
