As annoying as it seems and for some unknown reasons I've been avoiding Adrian, I don't know why I've never cared before what people taught of me, but somehow I've been extremely bothered about the fact that Adrian saw me venorable .
' hey k" Megan snaps her fingers front of me .
"You have been extremely distracted today care to share why" she asks
"No Megan I donot care to share why"
"Fine, fine no need to get snappy, but don't think I don't know about last night, you owe me details"
"I already told you there is nothing to tell and even if there is I wouldn't remember I was drunk" I lie
"I've known you for over six years you are more sober drunk than when you're actually sober " I roll my eyes at her statement.
I entered the gym later in the day my team members were already present, my eyes involunteerily did a quick sweep to see if he were here yes completely against my will.
While I was busy arguing with inner me the gym door opens and he comes in, a wierd feeling flow through me when I see him but it was gone before I could gasp it.
He see me and walk towards me at the same time pretty gets to were I am .
"He's coming to you" she whispers
"I can see that" I answered stainly trying my best to conceal my sudden speeding heart.
" What are you going to do" she whispers again
"Nothing" I answer a second just before he reaches us.
"Hey" he waves I mutter the plainest expression possible.
"Em, I just wanted to check on you you know after..."
"You don't have to check on me, I was drunk last night and thats it, now do me a favor never speak of it" I cut him off rudely.
If my reaction affected him at all he didn't show it, he gave a small smile before walking away.
Well practice was easier than I expected thanks to pretty she took care of the hard part which is coming up with a dance team and by taking some advice from the dancers she came up with something beautiful. It's the kind of dance the tells a story, this story is about a tough girl that locks her heart from the world while the guy does everything to make her fall for him, but that's not the beauty of it while the girl believes in only hip hop the boy wins her over by teaching her ballet at end they both come together bringing both hip hop and ballet together .
By the end of practice every role in the dance was filled except for the lead male. As leader everyone agreed I played lead female, they didn't have much of a choice though but I didn't find anyone to play lead male.
I tried to avoid Megan and her questions at home but she's a determined bitch, so I ended up telling her everything that happened I pray I hear the end of it.
So quickly it's tomorrow and like every other mornings I'm up so early starring at the silling but this time it's different my mind replays the kiss over and over again on it's own accord not mine.
"Wake up sleepy head " Megan voice interrupts my thoughts.
"What is it " I groan
She pushes open my room door and sits on my bed.
"Do I need to ask why you have keys to my room."
"No, no you don't, now get out of bed we are going to school together"
"Why"
"Because I have to meet this Adrian guy that has captured the ice Queen's heart "
"Firstly no one has captured my heart and secondly isn't it too early for school" I ask.
"One hour now , one hour later same thing , now get dressed "
I groan again but get up anyway, thirty minutes later we are in school and just as I thought it was as empty as empty.
" We are here thirty minutes early, are you satisfied" I ask annoyance dripping from my voice
"No not yet " she replies
"Come on" I say and head for my gym she follows sluggishly behind me
"I said. I wanted to to meet a Cute boy not work out" she complained
I roll my eyes and continue walking,
I reach the gym before her and the door was open and there was music coming from inside I walked inside ready to drive the person away crying but I'm too shocked to say anything.
"Oh mother of beautiful creatures, who the fuck is that" Megan's voice snaps me out off my trance .
I head to the music player and switched it off.then cross my hand over my chest .
"What are you going here" I ask forming annoyance, he looked surprised to see us
" Oh em kerna hi"
" OMGggg is that him" Megan whispers in my ear, I ignore her my attention solely on the attractive guy in front of me
"You didn't answer me what are you doing he..."
"K stop being rude " Megan interrupts me a makes her way to him, she throws her hands around him and hugs him, shock can't explain his expression.
"Hi I'm Megan you can call me meg, don't mind my friend kerna she gets a little mean when people touch her stuff but didn't worry she is like a coconut hard on the outside but completely edible on the inside"
Is she serious .
"You're new , Adrian right?" He nods akwardly.
"Great you are lucky I'm going to show you around this college, you will love it" she squeals and pulls him out off my gym, she winks at me before leaving.
I Shake my head " crazy girl " i Mumble.
I couldn't concentrate during my lectures, I couldn't get the image of him dancing out off my head , he was good , a natural, a lot like... Julian
Saying his name brings back memories, memories I try to forget.
After Megan lady with Adrian I tried to dance but I couldn't concentrate so I came to class and slept on my desk a while later Megan woke me up she was no longer with Adrian, he probably couldn't bare her crazy anymore and ran off .
Pretty wasn't in school today, she hasn't been home since the night she sent me to that club, since she isn't around and we haven't structured our choreography yet we spent practice hour doing minor dance moves. Along the line I spotted Adrian some girls surrounded him giggling at every word he says, my mind plays back to this morning when he was dancing and the silliest idea came to me.
At the end of practice he was about to walk out with some girls glued to him.
"Adrian" I called before he could leave he stopped a bit surprised who could blame him . I reached where he was, the girls were glaring at me.
"Are you going to walk away do you need help to do it" I treatned, they glared at me before eventually leaving. Finally!
"Careful Someone who sees you may actually think you are jealous " he comments
"I don't care what people think" I respond
"I noticed, so what do you need, if I remember correctly you made it clear you didn't like me"
"I never said that, but I do need something" I reply
" What do you want" he shrugs
" I want to call a truce"
