Part 23 - Plans

An unknown place...

Things laid around. Machines, pieces, parts, tools, cables and wires. The masked one was working on something, hearing music to it...

The masked one suddenly cursed loudly.

"Motherfucker ! Ouch !"

He actually hurt his finger.

"Damn me to hell and back !"

"What are you working at ?", someone asked.

"I am working on the same fucking machine, like always !"

"Let me help you..."

"Fine..."

"What shall I do ?"

"Try to connect these 2 wires with one another."

The person did as told. They held them in place until the masked one magic - ed them together.

"Thanks..."

"You are welcome."

The person turned around and switched on the lights.

"Any reason, why you work in the dark ?"

"Yes. I have a Migrane."

"Oh."

"Leave them on. The machine should work now..."

The masked one turned it on and it started to work. He felt a slight change in the atmosphere, just what he expected.

"It works ! Perfect."

"What is it supposed to do ?"

"You will see soon. Follow me. I need your help with the other machine too. It is important. Then you go shopping and will not forget even one thing. I need everything that is on the list. Okay ?"

The person nodded and followed the masked one.

"I will."

The masked one then huffed.

"It is so sweaty and hot in here...."

He pulled off the mask and breathed deeply.

"I think I have to check the mask again and see if the refrigeration broke..."

"That may be wise...."

"It sure is."

Tony walked around in the Tower, infront of everyone.

"We guessed wrong then, with the second forming personality...", Tony said.

"4 creatures...each creature is 1 personality...", Loki mumbled.

"What can she also be, Brother ?", Thor asked.

"I do not know....She just told me that she is part Frost Giant, Demon and Asir..."

"How do we find it out ?", Clint asked.

"Her parents ?", Natasha asked.

Loki shook his head.

"No. If they know...they will try to get information about their place...But ! BUT !"

Loki snapped around and looked at Thor with a gleam in his eyes.

"Thor ! You have to go to Asgard and find Ash Aki Dust ! He faked his name to Josef Vow. He may know something !"

Thor nodded and wanted to walk away, but Loki stopped him. Thor looked at Loki and he looked at Thor worried.

"How bad was your Father, as he found you in Jotunheim ?"

"He yelled at me, for daring to go to Jotunheim again. But Laufey walked up to him and said that the truce is again made. As long as Odin stops yelling at me and always getting his arse to his planet, when he is talking to an Asir. He said that I am welcomed there anytime for advice and help. Odin then excused himself and dragged me off. He was more impressed and tried to get the information out of me, how I repaired the truce. I didn't tell him anything. Nothing bad happened, Loki."

He sighed in relief.

"Please don't tell him about Destiny or anything. Ash I mean. He would totally tell his Father."

Thor nodded and then left. In a flash he was gone, searching for answers and the person, who owns them.

"What are we supposed to do ?", Bruce asked.

"We try to find out, when the masked one will get out of his hidespot. We will unmask him.", Loki said.

"We know nothing !"

"We know that he will soon go into the HAMMER base. I decide, we will search it ourselves and then capture him. The best plan I can have right now."

"Let him investigate and then capture and unmask him...I like the idea, Reindeer Games !", Tony said.

Loki nodded at him, trying to not roll his eyes.

"Brucie ! Come with me ! We have work to do !"

Bruce stood up and went after Tony, to the lab.

"And the rest of us ?", Clint asked.

"Well, Soldier and Lady Romanoff will go outside and try to find the entrance of HAMMER in the old - fashioned way. While you Barton will remain here with me and wait for Thor's return, after he returned and told us everything, you will go out and help Lady Romanoff and the Soldier. I will go to Stark and Banner and tell them what Thor found out."

"And Thor ?"

"He will take a break and then work with me on the puzzle. Destiny gave more than one puzzle. I will try to piece everything together and when we finished, we will call you all back and tell you, what we discovered. Sound fair ?"

Everyone agreed, besides Tony and Bruce, because they were already gone. Then Nat and Steve stood up and went to the elevator. Loki went away and got himself a book.

"And the folder ?", Clint asked as Loki returned.

"We will take care of that then. I promise."

Clint nodded and then went to his room, as he came back he had his guns and started to clean them. Loki didn't mind.

"I am still sorry about the Mindcontrol, Barton.", Loki said softly.

He stared at Loki in shock. Then he put his hand on Loki's shoulder.

"I forgive you. It wasn't really you in control, Loki."

Then there was and awkward silence.

"Friends ?", Clint then asked.

Loki looked up from his book and looked at Clint for a while, then took his hand and shook it.

"Friends."

They smiled at one another and then did their thing again. Reading and cleaning.
