"For you" said Renjun and winked
Jaemin chuckled "Thanks. How'd you know my favorite color?"
"Huh? I thought you love white? It's what Jeno always gives you right?"
"It's his favorite not mine"
"Woahhh"
"Anyways thank you again for this"
And yes Renjun and Jaemin are close enough now.
Especially when Jaemin asked for a break with Jeno in their relationship. Renjun is the one who'd always accompany him all the time.
Jaemin can't help also but to slowly admire Renjun. He's enjoying his company.
He's now used to being with Renjun all the time. At work and they sometimes go and hang out after work. Winding up, as they called it.
And before he knew it....
He's slowly falling in love.

And what's even worst is, he had decided to confess tonight to Renjun.
He's doing things too quickly, without even thinking. Without thinking of the consequences.
He even doesn't know how to tell to his parents and how to break it up with Jeno.
And yes, Jaemin walks inside the cafe with a wide smile on his face where he had told Renjun to meet him.
He wanders his eyes to look around for Renjun. He's excited for tonight, he's excited to tell him what he feels because he's sure Renjun feels the same way as him too.
He's sure even though Renjun never told him he like him but Jaemin knows inside his heart that the way Renjun's treating him is something special.
And holla he finally spots where Renjun is.

And why does Renjun is talking with some other guy and giving him some kisses on the cheek. That guy is even giggling with his actions.

His heart breaks looking at Renjun flirting with someone.
He was about to leave when he heard Renjun calling his name
"Jaemin!"
Renjun stood from his seat and walk towards Jaemin. Jaemin's back is facing him.
"Why did you want to meet me? And what's the thing you wanted to tell me?" Renjun asked
Jaemin didn't answer
Renjun placed his hands on Jaemin's shoulder and asked
"Hey is everything alright?"
Jaemin then turns around to Renjun and just stared at him with a mix of sadness and pain in his eyes
"Who's that?" Jaemin asked
"Who?" Renjun asked but then he saw where Jaemin is looking at, the guy he is with a while ago.
"Oww a friend"
"What kind of friend?"
"What kind of friend? Like a friend, friend" Renjun explained
"And me?"
"You what? Why what's going on Jaem?"
"Am I nothing to you?"
"Hey Jaemin what are you saying?" Renjun asked confusedly
"I thought you love me?" Jaemin said with a pang in his heart and his eyes being teary now
"What? When did I say that?" Renjun blurted out insensitively, he doesn't know why Jaemin's suddenly telling him that tho
"No, you didn't but I thought" said Jaemin and then started walking away
"Jaemin, I don't know what to say. I don't know why are you acting like this" said Renjun chasing Jaemin
"I know Renjun, it's my fault"
"Jaemin, Jaemin"
"I just thought that you also love me, it's my fault sorry"
"I don't know why you thought that"
"Even I, don't know also okay, I just thought we spent so much time together that's why"
"What? At work?"
Jaemin stopped from his tracks and turns around to Renjun
"Yeah, at work Renjun. At work" He said with so much pain in his heart and then continued walking away
"Jaemin, what I was always your friend. I never looked at you that way" said Renjun and chased Jaemin again
"I know Renjun"
"Come on you know how it is, you're not my type and for God's sake you're even engaged"
Jaemin stopped again and looks at Renjun
"I know Renjun, but I had left my everything, forgotten for a new life. It's not your fault Renjun, I'm sorry"
"You know why all of this confusion takes place? Because of that stupid love you've been believing so much!"
"I know Renjun"
"Jaemin, there is nothing like love"
"There is, and it happened with me and I feel like a fool"
And with that Jaemin's tears finally escaped from his eyes and he ran away from there.
Renjun then although wanted to chase Jaemin, but really didn't know what to do so he just watches him leave.
