Okay I decided on the quirk. So teleportation alone got 1 vote, and the others that had to do with pocket dimension or space distortion got 5. I chose to just combine all of them so now we have the quirk Space. Of course it's going to have a shit ton of restrictions and shit he'll have to train, and the other parts to the quirk like the whole pocket and distortion will come from certain circumstances.
Thank you to all who voted!
Sorry if the option you wanted wasn't chosen

H- "Yup! It tastes great. Hey, mind telling me why you're here all alone Shinto?"
I- "Mhmm I'm buying snacks. My mommy is nearby so I thought I'd get her something. She likes potato chips."
H- "Well that's great, you should go to your mom now then Shinto."
I- "Mkay, bye mister Hawks! Oh! I forgot."
I take his hand and put a couple more sour patch kids in it. His eyes widen and he smiles at me. I take my hat and put it on his head. Ironically the cap said 'Fly Free' on it, okay maybe not entirely ironic.
I- "Don't go getting yourself hurt, or getting caged up. You're not a bird or a weapon, you're a person. You're a human before a hero. Don't let an occupation hold you down. Remember that. Bye mister Hawks!"
I giggled and waved before rushing out the door. He looked awe-struck, and sad... I wonder what that was about. Of course that last bit was all truth. I knew he had a rough life from when I was still captive in those fighting rings. I would overhear what the guys would say and talk about. That's how I started to learn my way around the underworld and especially how to get info. I learned dirt on a lot of heroes and villains alike, dirt that could end their lives one way or another. I will admit I used some of this information when taking down groups, and I don't regret it one bit.
I turned back around, I saw hawks still in the same position as before. He slowly got up and grabbed the hat. He held it against his chest in the middle and looked down on it, frozen. He took in a deep breath and turned back around. His eyes met with mine as he put it on. He had teary eyes and a sad solemn smile on his face. Did it mean that much to him? What was going on with him? I smiled back at him, a bright one, a real one. He closes his eyes and I disappear into the crowd.

This kid.....
I've never heard that before. I was frozen like a deer in headlights. Replaying that same line over and over again in my head 'You're not a bird or a weapon, you're a person' over and over. He.... no one's..... I-... I can't even fucking think straight. Is this real? I blink a couple times and come back to reality. The kid is no longer in front of me, and there's something on my head. I grab it and look down, the hat says 'Fly Free' I almost cried. He... acknowledged me as a person. Not as a hero, or bird, or quirk, or weapon, or experiment, or punching bag, as a fucking living and breathing human being. I slowly got up, still shaken by his words. I held the hat to my chest, I'm never losing this. I turned around to see the boy staring at me. I crack a faint smile, knowing full well I don't have the capability to fake it. He smiles back as bright as the sun. Yeah no I want to protect this child. I put on the hat. And looked back. I blink and all of a sudden he's gone. How! What the fuck!? I sigh and turn back around to the other pros. They're confused, who blames em.
PM- "That. Was. So. Freaking. CUTE OMG HE WAS ADORABLE AND HE GAVE YOu candy!"
EH- "I told you no yelling."
