Here I was jumping rooftop to rooftop once again being chased by Eraser and Hawks. It's legit been like 40 minutes since the time in the mall, I swear these people. They seem to be in a better mood though so I won't mess with them. I do wonder what's gotten em so giddy. Should I ask? I could always escape if needed be. Hmmm okay. I act as if I tripped off a ledge while jumping, when I get to the other roof I roll across it. I slowly get up acting in pain or something. The two come rushing over.

I- "Heya!"

H- "You okay?"
I- "Mhmm what's gotten you so happy? The both of you seem awfully chipper."

H- "What?"
I- "You know, you're much happier did something happen?"
EH- "No, we're not."
I- "Oh really? You haven't grumbled or complained all night and Hawks has kept that same dopey smile on his face as well. You guys are happy so what caused it?"
EH- "Can't we just be happy?"
I- "Not you, UA is about to start so you would normally be annoyed out of your mind like the last 4 years. As for Hawks well I don't actually know but I've never seen that face on him ever. Eraser did you have a good thing happen? Maybe with your partner?"

EH- "You know about them?"

I- "Well yeah! I didn't know if Hawks did though"
H- "I do. It is the most surprising couple"

I- "I know right? Well did something good happen between you two?"

Eraser went pink lol

EH- "What are you even implying here kid?"

I- "Nothing you're not making it out to be? Why, are you thinking of something scandalous?"

H- "Wow eraser, in front of a kid?"

By now both me and Hawks were cackling at Eraser's face. He was blushing from embarrassment. I knew exactly what I was implying, doesn't mean I can't mess with him.

I- "So you 2 didn't go anywhere fun or give each other gifts? I thought that a date would have you happy. Hmm my mistake"

EH- "Oh you meant that well no that's not why"

I was bent over laughing and so was the winged hero in front of me. I knew what I was doing but I couldn't help it! Eraser made it so easy!

I- "Okay you knock off school supply what's gotten you happy then if not your soulmate"

EH- "A kid"

I- "YOU'RE GETTING A KID?"

EH- "What? NO"

H- "We hung out with a kid today, names Akano Shinto"

I- "Ohhhhh so why did you like it?"

EH- "Well he's different for starters. Plus he gave us a challenge, one we failed miserably."

I- "Oh? Now I'm interested what the fuck did he manage to do that made you lose?"
H- "Hide and seek extreme. In a fucking mall"

I- "Well that makes sense, I mean it's a large area"

H- "No, you don't understand"

EH- "Everytime we would catch up, he'd slip through our fingers. He was teasing us the entire time"

I- "Maybe you're giving this kid way too much credit. All of that could have been accidents or something."

H- "No its true"

I- "What is?"

EH- "That he was toying us. He bought so much just to tease his uncle."

I- "Oh? Wait how did this make you happy?"
H- "It was fun."
