I'm cold. So cold. Opening my eyes the first thing I noticed was the skull an inch from my face. Screaming I jumped up. The hair on my tail puffed out to look five times bigger. BONES ARE EVERYWHERE!!!
I'm in a small metal cage with cement floors. Everything is dark, luckily cats can see in the dark. Out side the cage the floors are covered in slimy substances and blood, and the walls are cement as well. There's stairs in the right corner turning out of site and rats running around in the left.
Looking down I noticed something unusual. I'm wearing a black cotton nightgown.
"Terra?" I whispered. No reply. Sitting crisscross I carefully focused my energy.
Everything grew bigger and I shrunk. Now I stood on four black, white, and gray paws. Satisfied with my special talent I slipped between the bars of my prison.
I'm the only cat that I know that cat shift into an ACUAL cat. All cat people only have cat ears, tails, claws,eyes, and senses. They can't shift into one, but I can.
Bounding up the stairs I was met with a metal door with no handle. Great, just great. Ill just wait for someone to open it. Speak of the devil. The door swung open and the scared man walked past without noticing me.
Slipping through right before the door shut I raced for a hiding spot. I was running through a blackened hallway when I saw a room ahead. Slipping into the room I saw it was a den, and there's a perfect hiding spot.
Squeezing under the couch I waited. There was yelling and screaming from down the hallway.
Looks like they figures out I was missing. Deciding I was safe I fell in a peaceful sleep
