Chapter Thirty-One

Morning Practice..

"Left! Lefto!!!" Kageyama yelled as I did a toss for him. Him and I would change rolls, so that I can be able to work my quick with Hinata as well. Even though we keep losing and everyone is trying out different styles, we're all learning. 

I switched out with Tanaka as I went outside to refill my water bottle by the fountain. Turning a corner, I can see Suna was walking around the school ground on his phone rather than practicing with his team.

"Hey Suna!" I called out to him as he looked over to me and blinked for a moment as I jogged over to him. 

"...Uh...Hey...?" He said as he puts his phone down a bit.

"Why aren't you at the gym, practicing with the others?" I asked.

He only shrugged his shoulders. "..We're already the best as we are..." He said, "... Atsumu's quote, not mine.." He added.

"Well, not training will surely leave you and your team behind, its always better to practice and practice.. What are you even really doing out here?"

"Playing Pokemon go..."

"Ah, makes sense.." I said before pausing a bit, "...Wait what?"

"I'm playing Pokemon Go" Suna repeated. I looked at the phone and noticed a keychain bunny dangling and immediately recognized it. 

"That's not even yours Suna, how did you even get it from Elycia?" I asked with a scowl.

"....I was curious on what her phone has?" Suna said, clearly failing to make up a lame excuse. 

I held out my hand as he sighed and gave the phone back to me. "What brought you guys here in the first place anyways? The training camp and all..."

"Our coach received a invitation from Nekoma, a school, we never really gone to do training before, and.. here we are" Suna said with a lazy expression and putting his hands in his shorts that has no pockets. 

Honestly, this guy looks like Kenma and Akaashi mixed together.

"Right... well, I'll head back and give the phone back to Elycia.." 

"Can you tell her I found it and not stole it?"

"Very funny Suna, not gonna happen" I replied as the boy grunted in response. 

I went back to the fountain to refill my water as I hummed to myself. Lets see.... This week and next week will be the last time we'll all be training together.  I've jogged out in the mornings and afternoons with Ushijima, even exchanged numbers so we can stay in touch. I've gotten to know the guy a little bit more. He also seems quite passionate about volleyball wouldn't stop at all cost. He doesn't like it when other captains join in on our jog, he'd scowl the entire time and speak not a single word.

Sakusa and I seemed to be getting along rather alright, although there are times he seems to be in a bad mood so I accompany him with snacks and hugs...

Atsumu and Osamu are fine, but the two of them tend to always get into fights with each other and try to impress me most of the time, resulting to Kita kicking their ass and spanking them with a wooden spoon he got from the kitchen in the cafeteria. 

Noya, Tanaka, and Yamamoto.... are their usual simping selves. 

Yaku boasts about how being a libero can be fun as I share my experience as one myself.

Lev, Bokuto, Kuroo, and Tsukishima are on the same boat and I can tell were trying to impress me in their own way. Three of them are over the top, while the other one is barely noticeable. Ahem Tsukishima, ahem...
