We ran into Cissy along the way, and my mum left with her while Draco and I continued to look for the others. We finally found them on the second floor, and I had completely forgot that I was covered in blood until Luna gasped and pointed at me.
"Oh, right." I mumbled. I looked down at my wand arm and ripped the sharp shard of rock out of my arm before using a quick healing spell. As the skin sewed itself back together, I used Terego to clean the blood out of my eyes.
"Where have you guys been?" Daphne asked, glancing between Draco and I. I looked up at Draco to signal for him to come up with something, but he was already looking at me.
I sighed. "Parkinson tried to kill my mum, so I killed her." I stated casually. Theo gasped. "She killed Kat?" he questioned, his hands hovering over his mouth. "No, she's fine, but I killed Parkinson for attempting to murder her." I assured him. He smiled and sighed in relief. "Oh, okay, good. Had me worried there for a second."
"So Parkinson is dead?" Jack questioned, tilting his head. I nodded in response. "She had a lot of nargles." Luna stated simply.
I nodded, not really knowing how to respond, before saying "Let's go."
We all made our way down the corridors of the third floor, and when we saw a few Death Eaters, we tried to hide behind a wall but it was too late, they'd already seen us. One of them casted a hex towards us, and Draco and I dodged it before Luna quickly deflected it.
I looked back over to Luna as Draco and I turned back to the group in amazement - I sometimes forgot she was a Ravenclaw. We all silently looked at each other for a moment before another hex was sent towards me, and just as I was raising my wand, Draco deflected it and sent one towards the Death Eaters, causing the wall behind them to explode and fall on all of them.
We all turned and looked at him with wide eyes, but he just shrugged with a nonchalant expression. "It was going towards my Rora." he stated simply. I smiled up at him before turning back to the lot. "Second floor."
We all started sprinting down corridor after corridor, trying to find a pathway clear enough to take to the second floor, but almost all of the paths were covered with debris, swarmed with Death Eaters, or dead ended.
We reached one of the last corridors and came face to face with even more Death Eaters. I shouted and stomped of foot in aggravation before yanking my hand out of Draco's and shoving past Blaise, who was in front of me.
I needed to get to the second floor, and the only way to do that was to clear a path if needed be, so I did what I had to do. "Hey, imbeciles! Over here you big oafs!" I shouted.
The Death Eaters turned around to face us, and we all started sending hexes towards them. One grazed my thigh slightly, but I ignored the pain and kept fighting.
After we were done, I looked between the lot and made sure there were no minor injuries. Everyone had a few scratches on their faces, along with dirt and blood, but other than that, everyone was clear. We then all began to make our way to the second floor, and it took us almost twenty minutes to get there because of the rubble and debris from previous duels.
I noticed something out of the corner of my eye and saw the Death Eaters heading towards the castle. Hagrid was holding something- no- someone in his arms. "Fuck, we need to hide." Draco said, also looking out of the window at the Death Eaters.
He gripped my hand tighter and we all ran to an empty classroom, peering out of a window to see what was going on. "Harry Potter is dead!" Voldemort exclaimed. Draco scoffed. "Yeah, right. He's fucking immortal, he can't die." he mumbled. I shook my head and turned my attention back to the window.
