Anniversary Pt. 1

One year, it has been one year since Five and (y/n) got together. And by that point they were inseparable. Five was 99% sure he was in love with (y/n), and so was she. So Five knew he had to do something special for her since this day meant so much to them. He thought back to when he first asked her out...

    They were at their weekly Griddy's hangout, (y/n) was already at a table scrolling through her phone, awaiting Fives arrival. Five walked through the door looking around for a second, trying to find her. The moment he laid eyes on her he immediately smiled. He didn't know how much he actually loved her until then. And he knew he had to make her his. Five walked over and sat down across from her. (Y/n) looked up from her phone and smiled when she saw him.

"Five! Hi." She said excitedly,

"Hello (y/n)." He said smiling.

Some time went by and they ordered their usual food and had their usual coffee banter. If anyone were to know any better they would think they were on a date. Or at least that's what half the people in their thought.

About 30 minutes into their hangout Five went silent making (y/n) look up in confusion.

"Hey, are you ok?" She asked softly,

Five looked back up at her, "Uh- yea, yea I'm good." He said quickly then looked back down, he was mustering up the courage to ask her out for real. He wanted to take her on a real date. 

"Five..." (y/n) began softly, putting her hand on top of his, "I know you, what's wrong?"

Five looked at their hands surprised, blushing, but he quickly soften and intertwined their fingers. Now making (y/n) surprised.      

"(Y/n)..." Five began, "I- I really like you... no love, I love you (y/n) and these last few months I've spent with you have been amazing, I cherish every moment we spend together... every griddy's hangout every walk in the park, or every time you come to the academy... I love it. I love you..." (y/n) looked at Five speechless, she didn't know what to say. The one person she's ever really liked loves her back! I guess she was too awestruck to respond and Five took that as a silent rejection. He quickly got up saying,

"Oh god I'm so sorry- I- I shouldn't have said anything..." Before he could make it out of the table (y/n) quickly tightened her grip on his hand.

"Wait! No Five! I love you too!" Five abruptly stopped and whipped his head back to look at her.

"Really?" He said sliding back into the table's seat.

"Mhm." (y/n) hums while nodding. Five's face formed a huge smile, (y/n)'s too.

    Five smiles at flashback, he had of the day they proclaimed their love for one another. His flashback was interrupted when he heard a knock on his door. Low and behold Klaus walked through the door, not bothering to wait for his response.
"Fiveyyyyy~ Buddy boy! You ready for yours and (y/n)'s anniversary??" He said excitedly. Five had a small blush on his face, that he quickly made go away.

"Yeah yeah, I'm ready." Five said flatly at his brother.

"Ohhhh reallyyyy, what exactly do you have planned??" Klaus asked smirking.

"Something big."
