Chapter 20

-Y/n's POV-

3rd period just finished and was waiting for 4th period to start. While waiting, you and the boys were chatting at the group chat that Jisung created earlier. The older ones were chatting as well since their 3rd period just ended as well.

"That's not true..." Jeongin said while you, Hyunjin, Jisung, Felix and Seungmin laughed at what Lee Know said.

While we were busy chatting we didn't notice Irene standing in front of us, not until she suddenly grab my phone "Yah!" I said.

The boys immediately look at your direction "What the heck Irene?!" I said.

Irene looked at me "What? I was just wondering what you guys are doing since all of you are so focused with your phones." Irene said and continuously scrolled down my phone "Ohhh, I see that you guys have a secret group chat." She added "Give me my phone back!" I said while I tried to grab my phone from her but Irene was too fast to step back from you "Just give her back her phone back Irene." Felix said "Well I'm not done reading..." Irene said "It's not for you to read, so just give me back my phone!" I said.

At this point, both Irene and I are fighting over MY phone when she purposely dropped my phone at the ground "Oooops..." she said pretending she accidentally did it.

I immediately grab my phone from the ground. I saw the screen was cracked since it landed screen first plus the screen got glitchy as well.

A tear rolled down from my eye. I know it's just a phone, but it was important to me. It was my first phone that my parents got me before everything turned upside down "Are you seriously crying over a phone?" Irene said annoyingly "Can you just stop Irene?" Hyunjin said "What? Going to protect her again?" Irene said

Hyunjin walked closer to her but before everything gets worst the teacher stepped in "Is everything okay class?" our teacher said and immediately the students walked back to their seats.

Hyunjin turned me around and I just smiled slightly at him, nodding that it was okay before walking back to my seat.

-Jisung's POV-

During class, I noticed how Y/n wasn't in a good mood. I saw how sad she was when Irene broke her phone. Hyunjin who was seating beside can't help but glance at her every once in a while. He must really like her for him to care or protect her that much. I mean the boys and I cares and protects her as well since she's our friend but Hyunjin is different towards her. But in a good way.

Hopefully we could know about Y/n more soon. She rarely talks about her life. She would often ask some questions about us but when we ask her some questions about her, she would always change the topics. Though we didn't want to push her or force her to talk about her life, so we decided to wait for her till she's ready and trust us.

Once classes was over, we all gathered our things to head home "Do you want to go home together? I mean your house is on the way anyway." Hyunjin asked "No it's fine. I might get something from the library first before I head out." I replied "Then will wait for you. What if somethings happens to you while you're on your way home and can't contact us since...." He stopped and looked at my phone which I placed on my table "Hyunjin is right Y/n, let us go with you just to make sure you go home safely." Felix said.
