Chapter 26

-Y/n's POV-

Another school day has come. As usual, I did my morning routine before heading downstairs "Appa?" I called him but no one responded. It was quiet. I went into the kitchen only to see a note on the counter.

Sorry I have to leave early for a meeting with a friend of mine about a job offer. Your mom left early as well since they have a faculty meeting this morning. Please eat breakfast before you leave for school.

See you later when I get home.

I placed down the note and sighed. I head out the house and lock the door

"Y/n Noona!" Jeongin called me as he saw me enter the room "Hello Jeongin" I replied as I walked towards my seat "Y/n" Hyunjin called me "Yes?" I asked "Can I talk to you later after school?" he asked. I look at him confused "Yeah. sure. But why after school?" I asked "Just because...." he said before I nodded curiously

Time skip...

1st and 2nd period is done and all of us are getting ready for lunchtime and was heading to the cafeteria "Y/n, I baked some cookies last night" Felix said handing me a box of cookies once we have a table. I opened the box and was surprised "Wow Lix, I didn't know you bake." I said "These look good" I added "It tastes delicious too, to be honest" Seungmin said "Well, I can't wait to eat one after lunch" I said, "Where's Chan hyung, Minho hyung, and Changbin hyung?" Jeongin asked seeing that his 3 hyung aren't here yet

"Oh, there they are!" Han said as he points at them. We look to where he's pointing "Sorry we're late guys, just ran into something on our way here" Chan said kinda pissed off with something. I look at the other 2 who have the same pissed look as Chan "Did something happened?" I asked. They look at me with a hint of surprise not expecting me to ask before looking around and then back at me "I think it's better if we talk about it after school" Chan replied making me worried "Is it something to do with me?" I asked but they didn't answer making it a yes "Ah yeah, I guess it's better to talk about it later" I said knowing that whatever happened, it won't be good if I hear it right now

After we were done eating, we stayed at the cafeteria for a while to talk while I was thinking about what happened with Chan, Minho, and Changbin "Y/n, how were the cookies? Did you like it?" Felix asked breaking my thoughts "Ah yes, it's really good" I said giving him a small smile. I check the time on my phone "I think we should head back to class" I said seeing that there are a few minutes left before lunch break is over

-Chan's POV-

Minho, Changbin and I we on our way to the cafeteria when Jennie stopped us "Boys, can I talk to you for a second?" she asked "Jennie, whatever is that you what to tell us we are not interested. So please, leave us be. With us I mean all of us." Changbin said "Oh I'm sure you guys will like to hear what I'm about to tell you about your little friend" Jennie said confidently talking about Y/n. The 3 of us glanced at each other "Fine, we'll give you 5 minutes. That's it." I said "Oh don't worry, it won't take that long" she said "Let's just get it over with" Minho said

"Just so you know guys, Y/n is not the kind of girl that you all think. You think that she's innocent, kind and caring?" she said and chuckled "Well she's not" she added "What do you mean?" Changbin asked "There's a reason why almost everyone in this school doesn't like her" she said "And the reason is??" I said just wanting to get this over with "The reason is because she's a sl*t. She's been f**king a lot of guys in this school especially boys who are taken. She actually f**ked my boyfriend too" she said "Excuse me?" I said not believing what she's saying "You probably don't believe me so I have 3 girls with me who knows what Y/n did to snake their boyfriends" she said as 3 girls came to us. The 3 of them said that what Jennie was saying is true, they how they caught their boyfriends and Y/n kissing each inside the restroom or a classroom when no one is around.

To be honest, part of me doesn't want to believe them but somehow their stories are very accurate "How can we be sure that you guys are telling the truth? It's easy to make up stories" Changbin said "If we aren't enough for you to believe us, you can talk to their boyfriends and ask them. You can ask mine too. It's your choice whether to believe us or not. Just don't say I didn't warn you if one of you gets hurt by her." she said as we look at her confused "Oh come on boys, It's obvious that one of you likes her. Well, I can tell Hyunjin likes her. So, if you don't want Hyunjin to get hurt, better to warn him." she said before she and the girl walked away

"It's not true right?" Minho asked "I don't believe her" Changbin said as they look at me "Don't tell me you believe her hyung?" Changbin said with a disappointed look "I mean, she hasn't shared anything about her life yet, we don't know a thing about her other than where she lives" I explained "It might be true" I added "You're kidding me right?" he said not believing what I am saying "Hyung, they basically bully her almost every day physically and verbally. For sure this is one of their ways for us to stop hanging out with her. Ever since we started studying here all we see was Y/n getting hurt by the same girls." Changbin said. I mean, Changbin's got a point. But what if it's true? I don't want any of the boys to get hurt "Guys, I think it's better if we talk to Y/n about this. We can't just judge her just because someone told us about this." Minho said "What if Y/n is lying and just denies everything even though she really did those stuff?" I asked, "Are you hearing yourself Hyung?" Changbin said irritatedly "Guys, stop it. Can we just talk about this later when all of us are complete? The others are waiting for us." Minho said before he started walking heading to the cafeteria. I sighed hoping that what Jennie is saying are lies.
