"finally!"

Flaca says as she folded the table cloth and took of her hair net and apron

"I'm so exhausted, where's Gloria?"

she continues to ask looking at Daya 

"she managed to sneak out to check on Maritza"

Blanca says as she yawned

"this fucker never lets us out on night shifts, you'll get used to it"

Daya says looking at Flaca who looked worried

"I hope she gets used it, she hates sleeping away from me. And please don't start with your teasing"

Flaca says her voice hoarse and laced in tiredness 

"no we know, I still think that you chemistry is too good to be just friendly and 'fucking around with each other' but no, I know she's someone who's been through a lot and I know that you make her feel better bout it all, you help her deal with her trauma so I understand"

Daya says sincerely, Flaca gives her a small smile and thanks her for understanding, at that time Gloria rushes through the door her eyes filled with tears

"what happened mami?"

Flaca says immediately starting to worry, Gloria pulls Flaca onto the side away from the other two who were looking at them worried as well

"someone hurt her, it was all planned they were waiting for you to get your night shift whoever it was, I found her-"

Gloria starts but can't continue, she starts sobbing and leans into Flaca's chest, after a few seconds she forces herself to bury her sobbing

"she was tied up from her legs and her hands were tied to the bed post Flac- her mouth was tied up as well and the cloth was covering her nose she could barely breathe, I found her half naked, she's shaking can't speak can barely breathe and - just go please, she didn't say anything but she needs you I could see it in her eyes she was asking for you"

Flaca looks at her, her eyes empty, darkened but she looked through Gloria as if she wasn't even there, tears rolled down her cheeks, she wanted to run, fly to the cube to hold her, but she found herself frozen, as anger boiled in her, she was angry towards everyone cause she didn't know who hurt her girl

"who?"

Flaca simply asks

"I don't know I just untied her helped her get dressed and came to get you, the woman is paralyzed right now"

Gloria says, Flaca gives her a small, angry nod and walk away quickly, jogs her way out of the cafeteria, she feels a large pressure on her chest as she is pushed back 

"your shift finishes in 3 minutes get back inside"

"but we're done"

Flaca says annoyed trying her best to be polite

"what's up with you back in here? didn't you have a good position as Caputo's secretary?"

He says acting like he cared only to keep her longer there

"Maria's in SHU I'm covering for her, I'm still working with Caputo"

Flaca rolls her eyes to the back of her head wanting to get out

"Ahh what a busy woman"

"Have a good night"

Flaca says and is about to leave, she feels a hand around her waist
