TouchI've never been to Dominic's house so this is actually the first time I'm seeing the Alcantara's mansion. I'm no naive to the riches and properties his family has. Given that they own one of the biggest agricultural businesses in the country, it's just so normal to see how their richness is manifested into some of their tangible belongings.
Not to mention that Dominic's taking up Business Administration.
"I don't know if Tito and Tita are home," Caitlyn suddenly mumbled beside me. But don't worry, they are kind."
Ngumiti ako at tumango kay Caitlyn.
Bumaba kami ng sasakyan at agad kaming sinalubong ng isang matandang babae. She's on her mid 60s, I guess, and she somehow reminds me of Nanay Flores. I gave her a comforting smile before greeting her. "Good afternoon po."
She said it like she finds the idea horrible.
If I'm not mistaken, these pictures represent the lineage of the Alcantara family.
The last in line is the portrait of Dominic's father – the current handler of their family's business.
"That is Dominic's father," pag-iimporma ni Caitlyn habang tinuturo ito, "Tito Avian."
I bet the guys already started their rehearsals. I can also hear muffled voices but I couldn't really recognize whose singing voice is that.
"You're finally here," Dominic was the first one to meet us. He's wearing his faded jeans and a pastel color plain shirt. "Someone's finally going to stop blabbering..."
"Excited daw eh," Caitlyn giggled and smirked at me.
