when i first started writing poetry, i was really attached to the word everlasting. i was reading tuck everlasting, and was amazed by the entire storyline and its timeless complexity. after experiencing other events, i realized that i wanted to create something that could be timeless, too. i started writing. while writing this particular book, i was inspired by memories of stories, folklores, loves, ideas, and people that are truly everlasting. - - -
