Don't be shocked at the end of this chapter. Y'all knew something had to happen eventually. Love u all <3 also sorry if this chapter sux.

I sighed as I stared at my laptop. Why did college have to be so confusing? I know I shouldn't be complaining, afterall, I shouldn't have even of gotten the job I got because I didn't have the right degree, so the fact they even hired me on this condition was so fucking lucky, but hell, if I couldn't even figure out how to write a convincing paper to a college after dropping out of a pretty high-leveled one, how was I supposed to help kids?

I groaned, closing the device and standing up from my office chair. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. 4:30 AM. I was starting to head to bed when I heard Will's alarm.

I walked into our bedroom and smiled softly as I watched him slowly push his head off the bed and grab his phone to shut the alarm off. As soon as he did, he rubbed his eyes, sitting back up.

"Common, people need their lives saved," I teased, walking up to him and kissing his cheek.

"Mnn, you're awake?" Was all he said, blinking slowly as he woke up.

I smiled. "Yeah, I was working on college applications." I answered, pulling him to sit up more. "Now common Mister. Doctor." I laughed. "Get your ass up and go."

He laughed, his voice groggy from just waking up. "I'm going, I'm going," He said, finally putting his feet on the floor.

I couldn't help but smile as I watched him sleepily stumble out of the room. I also felt very proud. Today was his first day of work. He was about to start his journey as a fucking doctor and that was insane to me.

I refused to go to sleep now, I wanted to be there when he left. I was nervous for him... it was all so crazy. It was something he had been working for before I even met him... and now, here he was.

I noticed the time, and noticed how I had plans at ten, and realized I just didn't have time for sleep today, so I went into the kitchen to go and make coffee. Just as I had finished making mine, I heard the shower turn off. I turned the water back on for Will. He might not make any tea or coffee today, but if he had wanted it, I'd have some water ready for him.

Eventually he walked out, wearing regular jeans and a simple T-shirt.

Apparently you're not supposed to wear scrubs outside of work. Trust me, I was extremely disappointed. The idea of seeing him in scrubs was extremely appealing and I may have to get myself injured just so I have a chance to see it.

"Goodmorning," I smiled from the couch as he walked in.

"Goodmorning, you fucking night owl," He laughed, walking behind the couch, leaning over and kissing my cheek quickly before walking into the kitchen. "Is the water still hot?"

"Should be," I answered, smiling as I watched his mannerisms completely change from twenty minutes earlier in the bedroom. He really was a morning person. I was slightly envious.

Will started pouring the water and making some coffee. I looked at the time on my phone. It was around four-fifty, and he had to be there at five-thirty. I was slightly concerned he wouldn't make it on time, but then again, the hospital was only like fifteen minutes away.

"Don't freak out too much," I say, watching as he continued to fidget. "You're going to do fine," I stood up from the couch and walked into the kitchen to join him.

He turned around to face me. "Yeah. I'll do fine," He said, clearly trying to convince himself. "Easy peasy, nobody's gonna hate me, nobody's gonna die - oh my gods. Nico what if someone dies on my watch?"
