"Cut. Jia let's start from the time you opened the door. You're supposed to face left first before looking up. Give it 5 seconds then look up slowly. From staring up, you'll be following the light prompt, looking slowly down till you face the cam. Slate, cue please." He motioned to the crew.

They were shooting Jia's segment for the latest social media awards program. The segment required some special effects and CGI, which made it a challenge for Jia to shoot since she would have to imagine seeing something even when it's not there.

Jeon was not in a good mood and was especially meticulous at the shoot. She knew he was like this because of Hei-Won. She was trying her best to understand, she knew it was a tough time for him.

They finished the scene after twenty minutes. It was starting to get dark outside, and dinner was served. Jia found Jeon outside the house they were shooting in.

He was drinking beer, staring at nothing

He was drinking beer, staring at nothing. He'd been quiet ever since they started shooting yesterday. Jia approached and sat beside him.

"Jeon."

"Hm?"

"Talk to me."

"What is there to talk about? Don't get me wrong, I'm thankful that the lumps were benign. But that doesn't change the fact that Hei-Won feels less of a person, now that she can no longer conceive. I try to assure her it's not going to change anything, but....."

"You have to be patient with her Jeon."

"I'm trying. Wait, I'm sorry I shouldn't be discussing this with you."

"Why not? We're friends, you can tell me anything. Besides, she's my friend too, Jeon."

"Still. You know what I mean."

"Let's eat. You haven't eaten all day. And you're having beer on an empty stomach."

"I just want to stay here. It's so peaceful."

"I'll bring your food here then."

Scooting away before he could protest, she headed to the kitchen, taking two bento boxes and drinks. Jin saw her struggling with the food and drinks and rushed to help her.

"Where are you taking this?"

"Outside. Jeon doesn't feel like eating, I was hoping he'd eat if I brought the food to him. Have you had dinner?"

"No. I was just about to get food."

"You want to join us?"

"Sure. I'll get my food after helping you with this."

Jeon saw Jia talking with Jin, letting him take the bento boxes and drinks from her. He didn't like seeing Jia being so familiar with Jin, of all people, his good friend. Actually, he didn't like seeing her being familiar with ANY guy. Maybe it was because he had never seen her like this with any of the guys in school, they stuck together like glue throughout their years in college, even after they pursued their own majors. Or maybe he was extra sensitive because it was Jin.
