Jeon and Jia are in love but refuse to break the bond of their friendship. Content with not revealing what they feel for each other, they decide not to date other people and remain constantly together even after graduation. Embarking on lofty career...
JG was hosting a press dinner in the owner's residence. As usual, Jia was attending it with Seokjin, who looked elegant in his black suit. Jia opted for a simple gown and minimal make-up. She knew Hei-Won was coming to this event and she was looking forward to seeing Hei-Won again.

It has been a week since she and Hei-Won talked. She was tempted to talk to Jin about what Hei-Won shared but fought hard to keep things to herself. Jin has been really good to her. He was slowly becoming a good friend and knew when to address her professionally. His timing was always impeccable.
Jin noticed Jia was a bit edgy. Maybe she was tense because she knew Hei-Won and Jeon were coming. His talk with Jeon did not bring much difference to their relationship. They worked well together but they avoided each other outside of work. It would have been nice to see them more comfortable with each other instead of walking on eggshells each time they were with each other.
"Hey Jia, nervous?"
"A bit."
"Why?"
"I've never met Mr. Jin Goo before. I'm worried I might make a bad impression."
"Don't worry, Jia-shi. I have a trick that really works when I'm worried."
"What?"
"When I'm worried I always look at my donor card."
"Huh, why?"
"Because it says B-positive. Hahahahaha." Jin had a weird-sounding laugh. Jia laughed more at his windshield wiper laughter than the uncle joke. She felt she had to retaliate.
"I have a pencil with two erasers."
"Huh? How can you write with that?"
"Exactly, it's pointless."
They both giggled like children. But Jin wasn't done.
"I used to hate facial hair. But it grew on me."
Jia was almost crying with laughter. Jin's jokes were so corny but his delivery made her laugh.
"What's so funny?"
Jeon was looking at them as he asked, pointedly staring at Jia's hand on Jin's arm. She almost went off-balance laughing and held on to Jin to avoid falling.
