Alba and I sit face to face, my knees on either side of hers.
"Wow." I grin as she sets her violin down in her lap.
"Thank you." Alba smiles and slides forward, as much as she can in her chair.
"How did it make you feel?" She asks eagerly and I think for a second.
"It made me feel," I stop far a second to glance at her, "warm."
"Really?" She says excitedly. "What kind of warmth?"
"The kind that slowly fills you up with memories." Even though I feel so overwhelmed, the words flow naturally. "Like a distant memory of waking up early on a quiet morning. Sunlight spilling in, all over your tiny body."
"Awee.." She sighs in awe leaning back. "You're so emotional, it's gonna make me cry!"
"Yeah, okay." I grimace and lean back crossing my arms.
"What you don't like that?" She frowns crossing her arms as well. "I love it."
I smirk and lean forward leaning my elbows on my knees.
"What?" She asks turning red. "Don't try to embarrass me! I won't be embarrassed!" She says defiantly sticking her nose in the air.
I get a close up of the underneath of her jaw, the stretch of her neck, into her collar bones, and the beginnings of her chest. I lean forward and crane my neck up so that my lips could reach her cinnamon freckled skin. And when they do she flinches but my hands slips around the back of her neck and holds her there.
"Ryle?" She whispers and her neck moves against my lips. I hum against her skin.
"Are you a vampire?" She whispers trying to hold back her amusement.
'If she has enough attention left to joke then I don't think I'm doing this properly.' I think my lips pulling into a smile against her. 'Got to step it up a notch.'
She squeals and pushes at my chest as my lips spread and blow a raspberry against her.
"Serves you right." I say pulling back and looking up at her.
She's so close, her freckled face barely inches from mine. She stares back at me, caught in a daze.
"Hi." She whispers and her wide pink lips spread into a lost smile.
My heart stumbles in my chest. My eyes flick over from her eyes to her lips, her lips to the cute little dimple beside them, and then back. Before I could do it myself, she lowers her lips, and presses her smile to mine. And for a second I think,
'I wouldn't mind doing this everyday.'

I flip unto my stomach restlessly. 'I came here for a break and for the games. Yet here I am, dating.' I think sitting up and rubbing my jaw.
'I haven't hid from her that what I want is sex. She hasn't hid from me that she's looking for marriage. Yet I completely ignored the fact that I don't live here. That I won't be staying here.' I sigh and and fall back into my pillow.
