"MAMA! TELL HIM TO GET OFF!" Henry screams and I run into the room to find Seamus sitting on Henry's back.

"What," I give Seamus the look, "are you doing?"

"He was making a mess," Seamus looks down at Henry and a wicked grin takes over his lips, just like Ryle, "so I sat on him."

"I was just having fun!" Henry complains and his bottom lip trembles.

"Alright Muffin, off." I say to Seamus and he stands up. "Cupcake, you come with me." I say to Henry and he stalks over to me, all upset and frustrated.

"You two can't be acting like this right now. Daddy's coming home from a long and hard day of work." I remind them. "He doesn't need trouble at home."

"Sorry Mama." They say together and Seamus runs over and throws an arm lazily around Henry's shoulder.

"He won't be bad again." Seamus adds and quickly runs away before Henry's fist could catch him.

"BOYS!" I raise my voice and they freezing in the hall. "Not. Today."

"Okay." They deflate and the doorbell rings.

I walk past them giving them a warning look and look through the peep hole.

"It's Emmy." I smile and the boys rush over as I open the door.

"Hey Alba, are the-" Emmy starts and she's cut off by the boy's, as they tackle her. "You guys! My uniform!" Emmy squeals as they laugh and rub they faces on her cute little blazer.

"You came for us didn't you?" Henry asks hopefully and Seamus scoffs.

"Of course she did, she doesn't have anything else to do." Seamus walks back in past me and Emmy follows, her hand on Henry's back as he clings to her waist.

"As if, you little doofus. I only come here because you start crying if I don't." Emmy snorts and Seamus goes pink, just like me.

"Haha Seamus got caught, Seamus got caught!" Henry chants and then quickly hides behind Emmy.

"What's going on in here?" Ryle's voice rings out and the four of us turn to the door.

"DADDY!" The three of them shout and run to him.

"Hey look!" Ryle says in his stupid clueless voice that gets the kids every time. "I've got kids!"

They giggle and burrow into him, a boy on each leg and a girl wrapped in his arms. He looks up at me and grins, his hair as precious as golden thread and his eyes as mesmerizing as hidden jewels.

"I'm home." He says his voice tired yet teasing.

He sets Emmy down in front of him and open his arms to me. I smile and walk over, taking Emmy into our hug, sandwiched right between us.

"Welcome home."
