Liam sat on the other side of the bed furthest from Theo as the older male stayed transfixed to his laptop, he wasn't sure what Theo was doing but it looked important, thinking he was likely answering e-mails or writing song lyrics, Liam pulled his phone out and played Candy Crush to pass the time.

Every so often Theo would look up to find Liam staring at him, but he'd soon look back down to his phone and act like the red on his cheeks wasn't there.

"You're really bad at pretending everything's fine" Theo pointed out as he concluded an e-mail, "what happened with Corey?"

"What makes you think something happened with Corey?"

Holding back a laugh Theo closed his laptop and placed it on the bed side table, now he knew something was wrong, pulling the small gadget out of Liams hand he waited for the young boy to put up a fight, but he didn't.

"What's wrong Li?"

Liam shrugged, his mind was racing a hundred miles per hour and the breaks weren't working, that bothered him, "it's weird isn't it, how things change in an instant."

Crossing his legs and resting his face on his hands, Theo waited for Liam to continue on with where he was going with the story of 'change,' it often perplexed Theo how Liams mood could shift in a heart beat.

"Months ago you were too scared to touch me, even so much as a small shoulder bump, it scared you that I might try and ruin your career after a past experience with a fan" he paused unsure whether or not he should continue, his eyes stayed focused on the gap where his phone had been, "but there were times where you'd randomly pull me into a hug, or the time you shielded me from my old maths tutor, hell you grabbed my thigh earlier when you were driving. What changed?"

"Nothings changed Liam" Theo said sternly, "you've just opened yourself up as a person that I can touch when I want and how I want. You specifically said no part of you is off limits, so I'm taking that opportunity, whatever Corey said, it's not true."

"When did you know you wanted to create music?" Asked Mason with a mouthful of pizza, and a handful of chips.

Chewing his slice of pizza, Theo thought the question over he remembered MCR and Eminem on his television screen as he watched MTV on the daily, that was probably when it started, "it started when I was a child, and then blossomed into this, never did I think I'd grow this popular."

Everyone chuckled minus Liam who was busy in thought, he didn't feel rejected or hurt just confused about why Corey would lie about whether Theo liked him or not, and the worst part was Liam enjoyed the feeling of Theo having feelings for him. Nibbling at the crust, Liam felt his insides churn with rage, how dare someone mess with his emotions.

"Li, you okay?"

"Fine" Liam said back bitterly towards the boy that had just ruined his day, "why wouldn't I be?"
