Five months after the finale of Spiral Terra, Ryuuga finds himself having issues between his life as the new King of the Heiwa Royalty and everything else, despite knowing he must balance everything for Heiwa's sake. Everything changes when a person from his past who he had forgotten enters the story, seeking a new chance after leaving his home. And at the same time as that, other Royalties go into an all-out battle against Heiwa for the glory they obtained in the National Championship of the previous year!

The seventh entry in the Cray's Collapse Extended Universe (CCEU) as well as the second entry in the V-Series part of the CCEU.
