Katherine Whitlock is an original bloodline demon, who decides that she wants to see what its like to be human. Her and her brother, Cameron Whitlock, decide to enrol into a human college. Katherines intensions of living a human life are put on hold when she meets Gale Sawyer and his friends.

Gale Sawyer is a demon hunter from one of the top three most ruthless demon hunter families in the world. It is his first day of his second year in college and he finds himself face-to-face with Katherine Whitlock.
