We could be rare and sort after if we had dreamed it
We could have spent eternity together had we taken our time
I would have shown you more affection,had I known what that even was
I would have loved you unconditionally,had I known what that even was
We would have lasted longer had we not compared ourselves to the sun
We lasted till evening
Our love could have been something to be spoken of worldwide..
An extrication I didn't mind being a part of
I let you go because you were and still are worth more than this
More than me and my broken promises and empty talk
More than the sleepless nights and my family's backlash
Letting you go is the most selfless decision I've ever made.
Because just like Juliet to Romeo
You complete me totally and though I did not die physically
My soul has left me
But now I know you're genuinely happy with him.
I know he caresses you like I wouldn't
His soft touches put you to sleep now
I know you haven't forgotten me but you certainly don't remember me either
His hands cover my touch
His lips,my kiss
There is one and only one of you
My Pineapple,Olive and Pepperoni Pizza.
