Unorthodox

Lukewarm,neither exact nor abstract
Tempered down, holding on to what's left of my integrity
Preached to,changing my attitude, turning into the monster you dread
Crossroad, holding a macuahuitl, I am your knight in pajamas and a blindfold
Worn out, beat by your words then the rain
Lied to, misled and fooled into silence
Circular, you don't see it coming but karma is a thing
Latent, you would wish that you let me go when it's too late
Lark, causing pain and extinguishing love flames
Indignant, 'if only I had known' would become your mantra
My mammoth talent you refuse to see will see you when your glass eyes leak
Breaking bad whilst drinking liquor from test tubes
Bipolar effects on renial functions has me diabetic
Eating off of counter tops is probably why I'm hysteric
No I am not calling for attention, you just stop to listen when I speak
I'm like a hiatus in a town mass murder
The calm before the storm
Like Ratatouille with no culinary skills
Rapunzel with a buzz cut
Call me Dr.Seuss because I will take the cabbage and cockscrew
Sleep does not come by night
I'm unbelievable and certainly weird
Like a scary movie, I scare everyone but myself
I have the poise of a violinist
Head cocked to the side;
Poignantly thinking about myself
Alas the last piece of the puzzle
The faint brush that reveals the masterpiece
I am unorthodox
Because I do not belong here
