Chapter 18: Victory Smile

Lisa just finished facetiming Chaeyoung and Jisoo. She just updated them about her day and said that they have nothing to worry about because she's perfectly fine. BlackPink just accomplished their mission today and they're now resting because tomorrow is their flight back to the island.

After refreshing up, Lisa lay down in her bed and stare at the ceiling. It'll be a long night for her again for sure.

Why am I thinking about you even if I don't want to? She thought and just stayed like that while waiting for the sleep fairy to visit her.

It's past 10 and she's still not feeling sleepy. She even counted jumping sheeps in her mind but still... She's wide awake.

Why do I feel like something's wrong?

She sprawled her arms wide in her bed while staring at the ceiling.

She mess her hair in frustration.

She give up. She stand up, wear her furry slippers and walk downstairs to get herself a milk. No one's gonna do it for her tho.

After drinking the milk she prepared, she started walking upstairs again and stopped in the purple door. She face it and just stare at the door while pouting and looking so adorable as ever.

"Joohyun" she whispered to herself then unconsciously twisted the doorknob. It's not locked. She walk inside and just found herself under Irene's blanket at the older's bed. Not too long after, she drifted off to sleep.

Meanwhile in Iraq~

RedVelvet's currently preparing at their van to go inside the building. They have earpiece so that they can hear each other as well as Wendy's informations.

"I want you guys to go back here complete and safe, okay?" Irene said and the three girls nod their heads before removing the center part of the floor of their van. Yeri removed the cover of the manhole beneath them and let Joy climb down first before they all followed.

"Count ten right sides before turning left and climb up. It'll bring you to the storage room." Wendy said through the line so the four girls obey.

Seulgi clear the area before telling the other girls to climb up. Then, they lift Yeri to the vent and climb there together with Irene. Seulgi and Joy have their other routes.

Irene and Yeri exited where the elevator is passing.

"Be careful" Irene said before Yeri jumps in one of the elevators that's moving upward. She put a bomb at the wire before jumping to the other elevator that's moving downward then again, she put bomb at the wire before jumping where Irene is.
