Chapter 31: The Ace

Another week had passed. Yuna finally woke up that made her members to cry, the girls visited her and talk about stuffs. She still needs to stay in the hospital for two weeks for observation but it'll change on how is her condition.

Chaeyoung and Jisoo walk out of the room to give Itzy members a privacy because the other girls left as well. Chaeyoung is pushing Jennie's wheelchair as they walk. The cat-eyed girl isn't allowed to walk yet but she can... It's just that, her wounds might open.

"Can we visit Lisa?" Chaeyoung asked. Lisa's not staying in the mansion to be considerate for the other girls as what she said, at first, Twice members, BP, Wendy and Yeri don't like the idea but she insisted especially the other girls don't want her around.

She's at the security room whole day doing her job then will stay at Irene's room at night.

"Yeah, let's bring her lunch." Jisoo said while looking at her phone.

And so they bought foods from a store to share with Lisa then Jisoo drive them to the headquarter.

"Lis!" Chaeyoung said excitedly upon seeing the Thai sitting in front of the computer.

"Hey, what are you guys doing here?" Lisa asked then face them.

Chaeyoung hug Lisa tight while Jisoo's still making her way towards them pushing Jennie's wheelchair who have the paperbags of foods in her lap.

"You should go back to the mansion." Jennie said while helping Jisoo put the foods in the table in front of the computer.

"You know I can't." Lisa said with a smile.

"Ugh, what's taking Irene unnie so long? She's the only one who can make you go back there." Chaeyoung whine while putting foods in a plate for Lisa.

"How's the girls?" Lisa asked after thanking Chaeyoung when she received the plate.

"Yuna woke up." Jisoo simply said as she lean at the desk while munching the bread.

"Really? I should pay her a visit." Lisa said then put a spoonful of rice in her mouth. She savor the taste before noticing three pair of eyes looking at her. "What?" She asked them.

"You're talking a lot." Chaeyoung said proudly.

"Talking with Joohyun everynight helps me." Lisa said with a smile. "I hope she'll wake up now so she can see it herself."

"I know she'll be proud of you Lis." Jennie said and the Thai just give her a smile.

They started talking and teasing each other. They tell Lisa stories about the countries they've been into, the maknae really loves hearing stories about that but then... Jennie grew a bit suspicious.

"You're quiet." She said that makes the other two younger girls to look at her. "Usually you're the one who's making the conversation long. You're teasing Lisa about silly stuffs but you're too quiet since we got here. What is it unnie?"

Lisa and Chaeyoung now realized that Jennie is right so they look at Jisoo too.

"I'm just tired." She answered and shrug her shoulder but the quick glance she gave Lisa didn't escape Chaeyoung's eyes.

"I feel really betrayed, you know?" Chaeyoung said that made them look at her. "Before, it's me who always knows everything about you first but now you have Irene unnie and Jisoo unnie added to the list too. You guys have a lot of secret." Chaeyoung said. She didn't hide how upset she is.

Jisoo chuckle then take a bite of her bread. "I just know a lot of things. You should observe more."

Chaeyoung rolled her eyes at her then throw fries in her face that made the three to laugh.
