Chapter 30: D-Day

I forgot to tell you that the ending is near~

"Retreat!" They shouted as the place was being bombed.

Fire and gunshots all over the place together with bloods and dead bodies.

Lisa together with Lia, Yeri and Mina inside the van is continuously typing because the enemy countered their system that's why they almost got ambushed inside the enemy's headquarter.

"Retreat!" Seulgi shouted as she keep on firing her gun while hiding at the wall. Itzy members passed by her while holding their guns.

"Come on!" Jeongyeon guide her other members to run while Cubby and Tzuyu is exchanging gunshots so they can leave.

"Jennie!" Chaeyoung shouted with wide eyes when her member fell down because she got shot.

"Run!" Jennie shouted while trying to stand up.

"Are you dumb?" She fired her gun while walking towards the cat-eyed girl. "Jisoo unnie!" She shouted for help so Jisoo immediately run towards them and help her guide Jennie.

Irene and Wendy cover them by shooting their guns.

"Hurry! Cover the subject!" Irene shouted when she saw Jihyo, Joy, Momo and Dahyun with the Prime Minister's daughter. The rest of the Twice members cover her while the others is helping their injured members or exchanging gunshots with the enemies.

"Run! Run! Run!" Yeji shouted when she got back with her members because they cleared the way.

"Come here. Don't you dare sleep in the middle of a heated mission okay?" Chaeryoung said with teary eyes as she wrap Yuna's torso with a bandage.

"You ready?" Ryujin asked.

Yuna who's half conscious just nod her head so Ryujin and Chaeryoung help her stand up. Their leader look at them after looking out for enemies.

"Don't die." She said to Yuna and kiss her forehead. "Let's go." And so they all started walking outside.

Inside the van~

"We need to move! They're shooting us! They found the van!" Yeri shouted.

"Don't stop!" Lisa suddenly shouted that made them stop.

"Lisa—"

"Sit down!" She shouted again. The girls look at each other and sit back hesitantly.

Lisa won't stop. They can't fail this mission. This mission is her only hope to protect the girls.

A loud explosion outside startled the girls.

"Lisa, we need to move." Mina said worriedly.

"Give me time. I'm almost done." Lisa look at her. "Please?"

They got startled at that. Lisa looks desperate and her eyes is already pouring tears so Mina nod her head and sit back down again.

"We're near! Why are you still at the entrance?! They found the van already!"  They heard Joy at the line.

Mina bit her lower lip and continue typing. Yeri shut her eyes close before opening it again to type. Lia didn't say anything and just help them.

"Guys! You'll die if you won't move now!"

They continue typing.

"Are you still there?! Move now! Let's meet at the other entrance!"

They look at each other then to Lisa who's so focused on what she's doing.
