YOU LEARN FROM YOUR past. That's what Alexander was taught growing up. As well as owning up to your mistakes, and never enjoy taking another's life. His mom made sure to teach him those three rules. And he stuck by them until the day she died, and it all went worse when everyone he loved began to leave. Echo and Luna hit him the hard, they were his best friends, as for Echo she was his lover.
He's now moved on from her since he found another lover. But the day she left, hell broke loose. He fell into the darkness and lashed out at people. Killed everyone in his way and used any possible excuse he could to spill blood. That was up until 133 years ago when he met Raven. The killing stopped, and the thought of it never crossed his mind unless it was necessary. But when the poison spread to him and he went on a search to kill Clarke, it spooked him. And Raven noticed.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Raven questioned grabbing the man's hand.
Alexander shrugged. "nothing. I'm fine."
"Alex." Raven huffed
The man sighed. "Raven, I almost killed Bellamy today, and Clarke."
"That isn't the first time," Raven joked
Alexander threw her a look.
Raven's smile faded. "Sorry. but I'm not wrong, that isn't the first time you've tried,"
"I know," Alexander nodded. "But the thing is, part of me wanted to. That moon brings out our thoughts and makes us act out on them. Seeing Lexa felt so real. And I'm scared that one day—"
"It'll happen again and you'll finish the job," Raven interrupted.
"Or it'll get to the point where I won't need a hallucination to encourage me," Alexander huffed loudly.
Raven shook her head. "don't worry, okay."
Alexander nodded before looking ahead at a group that was marching their way. "Everyone weapons down, keep calm. Abby, stay with Murphy."
"Rose, get away from them." A woman called out turning towards what looked like guards. "Protect the Hope."
Clarke shook her head. "Hey, it's okay. We're from earth. we come in peace."
