IT WASNT LONG BEFORE the group got to work. Bellamy was currently talking to his sister, while the rest of the group was helping Raven.

"Alexander!" Bellamy shouted out catching the boy's attention. Once Alexander's confused eyes fell on him, Bellamy motioned for him to go over to him. "Here, Octavia wants to talk to you," he said handing him the walkie-talkie.

The boy sat down and pressed down on the button. "Hey what's up?"

"Alex— I'm not sure I'm up for this," Octavia said over the radio. "They all look at me like I know what I'm doing, just because you left me in charge and because I helped win the fight."

"They look at you like that because you're one of us, and you've been trying to prove yourself since day one," Alexander instantly replied. "Now you have to lead them."

"How? I'm not a leader. It should be you, you should be here—"

"Octavia, stop. None of your people would've had the guts to fight by my side as you did. You didn't just win a fight, you gave them hope the night you gave that speech. You're strong and brave. Braver than I could ever be," Alexander sighed. "I don't know about stronger of course, Because I'll easily take you down."

Octavia chuckled. "I know, but who knows maybe over time I'll finally be able to kick your ass."

"Maybe," Alexander slightly chuckled. "You've got this, Octavia. But don't lose yourself through the darkness that will try and take over you. Don't make me have to put you in your place when I see you again."

"I won't, Alex" She responded with a shaky breath. "I love you. Thank you for keeping me under your wing, I'm really happy you've kicked my ass all those times to make me who I am. and I guess it takes the end of the world to admit it."

Alexander smiled as he held down the button on the Walkie-Talkie. "Take care of everyone, Skairipa." the boy heard static and looked down and the device before pressing down on the button again. "Octavia? are you there?" there was nothing but silence. The boy sighed before putting the device down. As he was about to get up, a piece of paper fell out of the boy's pocket. He picked it up and he saw that it was the letter Lexa wrote to him.
