Chapter 2: Il Gufo

Koutaro was having a walk in the center of Frankfurt , business in Germany was boring: no fights, no shootings and worst of all no parties, only business. Atsumu sent him in Germany to convince the clan of Dateko to help them to take down Shiratorizawa, the most feared gang of England.

Until now his reputation of "Il Gufo" had helped him to obtain a meeting with the most important members of the German clan. In Italy they had started to call him this way for his particular hairstile, that reminded the head of an owl. Infact gufo is the italian translation of owl, but only in Italy was used the original nickname, abroad he was known as "The Italian Owl".

The boss of Dateko, a kind guy named Moniwa, was very interest in this opportunity. His men however, weren't as kind as him, they continued to ask question and it was clear that those men weren't like their boss, who was only interested in business, those men were fighters and Bokuto would have been happy to fight a bit with them, but they followed the instruction of their boss and didn't attack him.

Bokuto patiently explained that they were creating a very accurate assault plan to take down Shiratorizawa's main base in just one move, and possibly capture their chief.

-Hw do you plan to do it if we don't accept?- had asked Futakuchi, a mean guy who had continued to interrupt him for the last thirty minutes.

-Not to disrespect you, but Dateko isn't our only contact outside of Italy. Infact now while we talk two of my friends are in France an in Spain convincing the powerhouses of Aoba Johsai and Inarizaki to join our operation. So if you don't accept we will find someone else to help us.- had answered Bokuto.

-And what if we all accept?- asked this time Moniwa.

-Then we will have bigger probability of winning...- said Bokuto.

-But this way the our "slice of the cake" will be smaller.- considered Moniwa with a thoughtful expression.

-Yes, i'm afraid it's so.- said Bokuto.

-I don't know, we have to think about it, you gave us all the material to consider your offer, we just have to calculate the profits and the risks this operation has for us. And we also have some problems to solve in our drugbusiness since Jozenji, the main traffickers of drugs in Europe, are blocking our drug dealing business in the Netherlands. We need a few days to consider your offer. when we have the answer I will send one of my colsest men to your hotel to personally give you the answer.- finished Moniwa.

-For me it's fine. Thank you for listening. Until you have the answer I'll wait. Auf wiedersehen.-

Thinking of that morning made Bokuto hungry, so he decided to enter a cafeteria to have a coffe and something to eat. He entered the first bar he met in that street, since it was in the center of the city it coldn't be a bad place to eat, he sat at the counter and waited for the waiter to come.

It was when the waiter arrived that Koutaro blessed himself for going in that bar, in front of him there was the most beautiful guy he had ever seen. He was almost as tall as him, his eyes were of an intennse green-blue and he had black hair. On the ticket of his apron Bokuto read "Aghashee" or something similar, Bokuto had always had a bit of dyslexia especially when it came to languages that weren't Japanese.

After a minute of akwardly staring at the waiter, while the other guy was petrified by the intensity of Bokuto's gaze, Koutaro cleared his throat, bringing back to reality also the Aghashee guy. -May I take your order sir?- asked the boy with a light German accent, becoming suddenly rigid.

-Yes, I'll take a coffee and a kraffen, any flavor is good.-

-Okay, I'll be back in a minute.

Bokuto used all the time of that minute to create a plan to make conversation with the guy when he will have returned. However soon the minute was over and Aghashee was back with his coffee and a chocolate kraffen.

-Here's your coffee and a chocolate kraffen sir.

-Thanks Aghashee, can I ask you something?- at his answer the boy smiled a little, and even if probably was because he said his name wrong Bokuto was happy to see him smiling at his words.

-It's Akaashi actually, but yes, what did you want to know?-

Bokuto leaned a bit over the counter to make direct eye contact with the waiter who had lowered his gaze.

-I'm visiting this town for business and I have some free time for the next few days, what would you recommend me to do in this town to have some fun, any interesting pubs or discos...

-Oh yes, there are a lot of places like that here at night, for example on the other side of the street there is one of the best discos of the city, it's the "Iron wall", I go ther myself sometimes with my colleagues or my college classmates, it's fun if you don't get into trouble... you see the local is run by a mafious gang called Dateko.

-I see, tonight is friday there will be a loto of people in a pub like that... will you be there?- asked Bokuto before finishing his kraffen, Akaashi seemed a bit surprised by such a direct question but answered anyways because the guy in front of him looked like he always said everything he was thinking , so he decided that he was innocuous.

-I don't think so... this night I work until late.

-What a pity. I guess I'll have to make some friends there... Now I have to go. Thank you for everything Akaashi. Auf Wiedersehen.- Bokuto said while paying and giving a good tip to the waiter.

-Goodbye sir.- Akaashi felt like he had just been in a hurricane, that man was very intense and also good-looking, maybe he will find the time to go to the "Iron wall" that night. Just to see him one more time.

Bokuto that night decided to go to the "Iron Wall" since it was run by Dateko some of them will be there for sure and he wanted to see if those Germans were able to have fun.

It was almost midnight when Bokuto decided to enter the "Iron Wall" and when he showed himself at the entrance of the VIP area with a copule of his men, the bodyguard wouldn't let him in, but suddenly the mean guy Futakuchi appeared behind him and said -He's "The Italian Owl", our special guest...you can let him pass.-

After an hour Bokuto was at a table with all the most important members of Dateko, laughing and drinking. Koutaro knew very well how to make friends just being himself, and he soon was making all those men with a dark aura laugh at his stories about his friends and him when they were still in college.

The next day Bokuto returned to the cafeteria where Akaashi worked and the guy looked quite surprised to see him again but not necessarily disappointed. That afternoon they talked a lot,and it continued like that for the two following days. Koutaro was starting to like the composed waiter more and more with the time he spent with him, while the Akaashi never showed a sign of disliking him, so that probably meant he liked him too.

"Maybe Germany isn't that bad..." thought bokuto while he was seating at his usual spot at the counter of the cafeteria, waiting for Akaashi to bring him his coffee and kraffen.
