Tw: drug use.

October 20, 1998
Diary,
Today is the last game for quidditch this season. The match is between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. I'm surprised that Ravenclaw is any good this year but they have one bloody good keeper. Harry is still very upset about that quidditch match and hasn't spoke to me.

Everyone seemed to let it go, even Cormac. His jaw was wired shut for a week but he seemed to lose some weight.

My fucking wrist hurts so bad you have no fucking idea. It stings and feels like someone just dipped it in a cauldron of a boiling cauldron. You guys still haven't prescribed me medicine for the pain and I'm a bit pissed off about that.

Today is Friday and Draco and Theo think it'll be a good idea to throw a party in the common room. I'm honestly pretty excited but I don't think it'll end well.

Cordelia.

She Sat in the great hall doing her work. She sat with a girl from Ravenclaw and Daphne. She reached into her book bag and pulled out homework that was due later that day. She turned to Daphne.

"Do you have you potions book?" She whispered to her. "I don't have mine but I have the paper." She finished her sentence. Daphne shook her head.

Cordelia looked around and down the table and her eyes laid on Harry who wore his red Gryffindor jumper. She had his book sitting beside on table. He wasn't using it. Cordelia got up from her seat and quietly walked up to Harry.

"Hey," she tapped him on the shoulder. He ignored her still righting in a notebook. "..are you using your potions book?" She asked him. He looked up at her and shook his head.

"No."

"Can I use it quick-"

"No." He cut her off and continued back to his work. She furrowed her eyebrows. "Why- are you still upset about that match?" She lowered her voice sitting on the bench.

"No." He answered her. She opened her mouth but she didn't know what to say.

"Well...Why have you been avoiding me? I understand if you're upset about that but-" she tried to say.

"I'm not upset with you Cordelia!" He snapped his head to her. "I'm upset with what you did." He stated. Cordelia looked around.

"Breaking McLaggens jaw?" She lowered her voice. He scoffed and rolled his eyes. "What is it then!" She exclaimed.

Harry laughed mocking her. "You know what you did." He nodded.

Cordelia confused at what he was talking about. He stared at her and he seemed hurt.
"Are you seriously that oblivious?" Harry asked.

Cordelia nodded. "I guess I am. Now can you tell me what I did so horribly wrong this time?" She asked him.

"It was what you did after the match. The night after." He stated. Cordelia was so extremely confused. She stared at him.

"I was in hospital wing the entire night for my hand and my fall Harry. What the hell are you talking about?" She asked him.

"Don't play stupid, there was a massive poster outside the Gryffindor common room with a drawing of Cormacs face swollen from your punch and had words on it saying 'Mudblood can't keep his mouth shut.' With several other offensive things towards him and my team, like calling me a hopeless orphan."

Cordelias mouth gaped. "What made you think I was the one to put that up? And I'm also practically an orphan so that doesn't make sense." She shook her head. Harry huffed clearly upset.
