Diary,
The ball doesn't start till 7:00 so I slept in late. Very late. It's currently 2:00 pm and I woke up to the sound of Daphne and Pansy arguing over the hair straightener.

Pansy is really making me mad because she's been in a pissy mood for the last few weeks since Draco didn't ask her to the dance. I'm a bit terrified for the moment when she figures out I'm going with Draco.

Tonight is going to be one hell of a nightmare...

Happy Christmas!

Cordelia.

Cordelia shut her journal and groaned scratching her head. She waltz her way to the bathroom before getting a shower. Pansy and Daphne ran in and out of the dorm bathroom getting different supplies for their hair and makeup.

Eventually she got out of the shower and wore a robe and Daphne insisted on doing her hair since she got ready super early. Pansy did her makeup as the group conversed.

Daphne did Cordelias hair in a low messy bun. Her dark brown hair was in small curls and bobbie pinned in a bun that rested at the upper part of her neck. Few curls were let loose around the shape of her face. Small little white flowers riddled the bun.

After a few hours they got to the point where they were ready and were adding their finishing touches. Pansy wore a deep green silky dress with a large train. Her mask was all black with a large feather to the side of it.

Daphne had light pink lace long sleeved ball gown with a big poofy train. The top half was bead dazzled with shiny beads and her mask didn't tie to her head, it was all white and she held it up with a stick connected to it. She didn't like having the mask stuck to her face.

Cordelia wore a strapless all black sparkly dress that was bead dazzled with black beads in different sorts of directions. It was snatched at the waist and the skirt of it poofed out. Her strapless dress showed off her pale skin and her defined collar bone. She wore black heels but you wouldn't be able to see them anyway.

Due to Cordelias dark mark, she wore white gloves silky that reached up past her elbows. She bewitched her mask so it would stay on her face and she connected a small black lace veil onto it and covered the lower half of her face. She wore big fake lashes and natural makeup other than bright red lipstick.

She did wore a veil just incase Draco went in for an unexpected kiss.

Their dorm was a complete mess from them getting ready for the entire day. They exited their dorm and it was now 6:30 and Slytherins roamed the common room trying to find their dates. Everyone was dressed very elegantly and everyone looked...expensive.

She pushed her way through the bustling loud crowd and her eyes fell on who she could tell was Draco. He leaned up against a wall with his arms crossed and a cane in his hands. Like his fathers. His suit was all black but it was more fitted to his figure. The coat had little designs on it but it was still all black.

His platinum blond hair wasn't gelled. It was longer and wavy, it more so stuck up in the air. The sides were combed back down but his hair was floofy and toned. His long legs took up most of his body and they crossed at the ankles. He wore his gold mask that matched to Cordelias.

He turned his head and they landed on Cordelia. He raised an eyebrow and straighten his back walking towards Cordelia.

"What's up with the veil?" He asked putting out his arm.
