"Why is she here?" Harry asked taking off his jacket off hanging it up on the coat rack. Ron reached for the radio and switched it off. Hermione objected this. Cordelia stood up nearly toppling over.

"They're drunk." Ron said as Hermione continued to dance without the music.

"My parents- they're alive!" Cordelia giggled. "Isn't that crazy?" She hiccuped. Dean snuck back up to his room followed my Seamus who had also returned from Hogsmeade.

"What?" Harry asked confused walking towards them who sat on the couch. Hermione suddenly stopped dancing.

"It's true—" Hermione messily patted down her hair away from her face. "—she told me and they've gone nuttyyy-." Hermione emphasized.

Cordelia nodded.

"What she said." She confirmed Hermione's statement. Harry furrowed his eyebrows and turned to Ron. Ron shrugged equally as confused.

"What do you mean they're alive and nutty?" Harry asked walking up to her and guiding her to sit back down on the couch. She flopped down on the couch and Harry sat close to her.

Ron sat on the floor sitting with his legs crossed Indian style. As for Hermione, continuously dancing having the time of her life. She looked like a happy hot mess.

"Draco's mum told me..over owl explaining that they've been alive this whole time.." she said looking at him and his bright green eyes.
"But they're supposedly nutters now and are in the mad house." She sighed.

Harry absently wrapped an arm around her.

"Is that why you're here?" He asked her.

"Your eyes are like—...really...pretty." She smiled a cheeky grin and gently raised her hand pinching his glasses ignoring his question.

"What are you doing?" He asked letting her take off his glasses.

"I'm getting a better look." She said staring into his eyes. "I could get lost in those peepers." Ron snickered and turned his head looking up at them.

"Peepers?" Ron laughed. Cordelia made an angry face but she just looked like a child who didn't get their way. She put on Harry's glasses and immediately took them off.

"Merlin Harry, you're fucking blind." She said handing them back to him. Ron laughed again at her remark and Hermione just kept dancing. Ron eventually turned the music back on for her.

"Who let you in?" Harry asked putting his glasses back on. Cordelia pointed at Hermione.

"Singing fat lady won't let me in." Cordelia said in a pouting voice. "So she let me in." Cordelia pointed at Hermione.

Cordelia took one of Harry's hands. They were cold since he had just walked back up from Hogsmeade with Dean. She took both of her hands and sandwiched his in attempt to make them warmer.

Students began pouring in the common room heading back to their dorms.

"My parents aren't going to remember me." Cordelia sighed resting her head on Harry's shoulder. "They're gonna think I'm just some healer dropping by."

Harry rested his head on Cordelias. Ron sighed awkwardly and slowly stood up groaning as if he was some sort of old man. He put his hands on Hermione's shoulder stopping her from dancing.

"Hey..it's getting late, I think it's time for you to lay down." Ron smiled down at her. She shook her head.

"Nooo...no." She argued. Harry smiled finding their conversation funny. Ron switched off the music and Hermione switched it right back on. Ron rolled his eyes and took her one arms before throwing her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes.
