Red

When I heard someone knock on the door, I didn't want to open it. I just wanted to sit here and drink to my loneliness. The girls had been texting me wondering where I went and I hadn't answered them since I came home. When the person knocked again I sighed as I stood up and walked over to the door, when I opened it I was in shock to see Corba standing there. When none of us spoke Corba stepped forward, he grabbed my face and kissed me with so much passion.

When we pulled away from each other I looked up into his eyes as he looked into mine for just a moment. Corba reached up and stroked my cheek before grabbing the back of my neck and pulling me back to him as our lips found each other. As he walked forward he kicked the door shut with his foot but still kept me in his arms. "What about Charlie?" I asked him, he shook his head no.

"Let's not talk about her right now," he told me before lifting me up into his arms. I wrapped my legs and arms around him as he carried me off to my bedroom.

*******

The next day I was up early, I already had a shower and now I was pouring coffee into two mugs. I sipped mine before I picked up the other and walked to the bedroom. I placed them both on the bedside table before I nudged Corba awake. When he finally opens his eyes, I smile at him but I squeal when he reaches out and pulls me down in the bed. "What are you doing out of bed?" He asked me, I looked up at him.

"I needed a shower and I made coffee" he looked over at the bedside table and back at me before he leaned down and kissed me. After a make-out sesh, we were finally drinking our coffees, I may have had to remake them.

"Want to tell me why you're not with Charlie?" I asked him as I placed my coffee mug in my lap.

"After I saw you leave, Hawk wanted Wolf and me to go check something out so as I was heading out she stopped me and asked where I was going. Told her it was club business and she blew up about it. When she was told to leave by Mel she slashed the tires of my bike. So I have no ride until I get my bike fixed."

"What a bitch" I mumbled, making him chuckle.

"Why did you leave?" He asked me, I bit my lip before I took a sip of my coffee.

"Just didn't feel like partying…"

"Mhmm and with the makeup running down your face last night?"

"Was watching a sad movie"

Corba reaches for my mug and places it on the bedside table next to him before he turns to face me "I call bullshit Red, so spill what's going on?" He asked.

"It's nothing, don't worry about it," I told him as I pushed off the covers and stood up. "Do you want anything to eat?" I asked him, not looking at him. I walked out of the bedroom and headed towards the kitchen to grab a glass of water, I heard his feet before I heard his voice.

"Red…"

I sighed, closing my eyes for a moment before I opened them "I'm jealous… I'm jealous of everyone. You all have someone to go home to, you have someone that loves ya and would do anything for each other." I shook my head and placed the glass on the counter.

"What do you gotta be jealous about? You know we have your back,"

"You don't get it…" I mumbled as I shook my head as I turned around to see him standing there in just his boxer shorts.

"What do you want Red?" He asked me, holding out his arms but I shook my head again "What do you want!" He growls out.

"What the hell do you want? You always come here after you get into an argument with your girl. Will I always be just a booty call to you?"

"I don't always come here…."

"Yes you do, you pull all this crap about how it's not working out with her and then you come here looking for sex! I don't want to be just sex anymore! I want to mean something to someone!" I started to yell at him, knowing my neighbours could hear me.

"Your not just a fling Red"

"Yeah, well I fucking feel like it," I mumbled, I felt defeated, worn out, tired. I just didn't know what to do. I felt hopeless.

"Red I don't want a fling with you," Corba says as he stands there, I licked my lips and looked away, shaking my head slightly but I didn't realise he had walked closer to me. I felt his fingers under my chin, moving my head to look at him. "I want more… I can't stop thinking about you and how you make my life so much easier and it's not just that, you know me more than I know myself."

"I'm sure Charlie knows you better," I told him as I took a step back.

"No, she doesn't…" he was cut off when his phone started to ring, he sighed running his hand over his head before walking back to the bedroom to answer it. A few minutes later Corba came out of the bedroom pulling on his leather kutte before he took a seat at the table and pulled on his boots. "I want to finish this conversation but Hawk called church," he tells me. I nodded my head, I knew the club was more important.

Corba kissed my cheek before I watched him leave. I sighed to myself I needed to talk to someone about how I was feeling, I needed to vent so I quickly got dressed. I grabbed my keys and got into my car, driving to a place I needed to be right now. I needed the advice.
