Chapter 10

-Sugar pov-
Everything is going well so far. It's only been 2 weeks though. We all know we don't make it very far before something happens. I really don't understand how it happens.

I don't think any of us do. It really sucks but it's how life has been. We really just want everything to be ok. Now we just have to be careful.

We want to make sure this stays happy. Currently the moms are in a meeting and I'm watching the girls. They are dancing around and playing. Cassandra got a big dance studio some how.

I stand up from my chair and walk around. I notice someone standing in the window watching. I turn and the girl freezes. I motion her in and she shakes her head.

"Who's that?" Santana walks up to me "Is she a student?"

"I don't know" I motion her in again and she slowly comes in "Can we help you?"

"I Uhh" She looks at Santana before looking at me "Just wanted to see what was going on!"

"Well this one was dancing with her fiancé" I hold back my laughter and smile as Rachel wraps her arm around Santana "After all this is a dance studio"

"Rachel" Santana pushes Rachel's arm off and I see the sadness spread across Rachel's face "Sorry about her"

"No problem" The girl smiles and holds her hand out toward Santana "I'm Dani! If you're not busy there's a coffee shop around the corner...maybe you and me could talk?"

"She has a fiancé" I step in between them "Back off and go find another girl to try and seduce"

"So you're her mouth piece?" Dani looks around me "What do you say?"

"I am thirsty" I turn to Santana and try to give her a look but she walks past me "I'll be back ok?"

"IM PULLING ADULT CARD!" Santana looks at me confused "As your watcher I am telling you to stay right here"

"Why are you being such a bitch?" Dani shakes her head at me "Just let her go!"

"The fuck did you just call her?" Santana steps away from Dani and looks at her "She is anything but a bitch! I think you need to leave!"

"Fine" Dani walks to the door "I didn't need you anyways!"

"Let's get back to dancing" Santana walks toward Rachel. Rachel just walks away "Rach?"

"Go to hell Santana" Santana gives Lucy a honestly confused look "You were going to leave with a whore! You pushed Rachel away to go with a stranger! Our fiancé we could've lost! You fucked up!"

"HEY!" We all jump and turn to see angry moms "What's going on in here?!"

"Santana pushed Rachel away and almost left with a random girl who was flirting with her and called sugar a bitch" Brittany walks to them with her arm around a crying Rachel "She's hurting in her heart"

"Is this true Santana?" Santana looks down and nods. Maribel sighs and walks over to her "We will be going home early"

We all watch Maribel drag Santana out of the studio. It goes silent and all that is heard is crying. I look at Rachel and frown. She really thought Santana would stay. Should've known today would've been this way.

-Time skip-Santana pov-
The car ride home is silent. I can feel the anger radiating from mom. I can't blame her or anyone else though. What I did was wrong.

When we get home mom just parks and leaves. I frown and open up my door. I unbuckle and step out of the car. I close the door and slowly walk to the door. I get in and see mom pointing to the living room.

I sigh and walk into the living room. I sit down and look up at my mom. She has a look of anger and disappointment on her face. She looks at me and shakes her head.

"How could you do that?" I shrug and look away "Did you know she's struggling? She thinks like her mom! She thinks you all won't like her because of the pump!"

"She didn't tell us that" I look at mom confused "When did she say that?"

"You just have to look at her actions" mom sighs and sits next to me "You really did a number on her San"

"I don't know what happened" A feel tears come to my eyes "I just saw her and I saw nothing wrong with going for coffee...I knew she was flirting but I just went with it"

"Maybe you need to go on a date with the girls?" I nod and lean onto my moms shoulder "It's ok to be scared about things baby girl"

"I'm scared I'll hurt them all" I finally let the tears fall "I'm scared I'll go back to sleeping with different people"

"You can control that though" Mom makes me face her "You're strong San! You're my baby girl! You'll be able to make it through anything! That is if you really want this?"

"I do" I give my mom a big hug "Thank you!"

"No problem" We both hear the front door open and break apart "Why don't you go and talk to them?"

I nod and we stand up. We walk to the front hall and stop. I look away when I see tears and anger. I have to make this right. I will make this right.

"Can we talk?" I look at my fiancés "Please?"

"You girls can use the office" I look at Shelby and mouth a 'thank you' "Come out when it is all settled!"

We slowly walk away and to the office "What do you have to say for yourself San?" I turn and look at a angry Lucy "You turned your back on each of us!"

"That I messed up and I can never apologize enough" I look at Rachel and feel my tears coming again "I shouldn't have pushed you away a..and if you all want to leave me I won't think any ill will toward you...I just wanna wanna say I'm sorry and I'll make this up any way I can"

"You hurt me San" Rachel looks at her hands as she speaks "You ripped my heart out when you pushed me away...everyone seemed to know I've been struggling but you haven't picked it up once! I thought we were the closest! But lately you've pushed away from me and them too...are we not enough anymore?"

"You three are more than enough" I sigh and look at the ground as my tears fall "I'm the one that's not enough..I can never just have enough! Everything has to have a stipulation or something to it..love still scares me"

"Love scares everyone Santana" I feel a arm wrap around me "It still scares me"

"But we have to be honest with each other when we are scared" I look up and see Rachel crouched in front of me. I turn and see it's Lucy to my right "We have to be honest for this to work"

"So we really can only ask one thing" I turn to Brittany and see her hand out toward me "Are you in this with us?"

I smile and grab her hand. She gives me a smile and we share a big hug. I may never truly understand love but I don't care. I just need these girls with me.

"We really need to get a date soon" The girls all nod their agreement "I love all of you so much"

-Maribel pov-
"So we still not telling Judy?" Shelby sighs and shakes her head "Why not?"

"Cause we don't know how she'll take it" I watch her chop the onions and then stop "Things could be so bad! I mean come on! I don't think Judy is going to appreciate it"

"Appreciate what?" We both jump and turn to see Judy holding Beth "Everything ok?"

I look at Shelby in panic "Uhhh" I look back at Judy "Or date! That we have planned for Friday!"

"Oh" Judy smiles and shakes her head "I'll appreciate anything you wanna do with me!"

"That's good to hear" I give her a smile and turn to Shelby "Why don't you go and I'll finish up?"

"Yeah" Shelby walks over to Judy "Let's find a movie for tonight!"

When Judy is gone with Shelby I groan. I look at the flowers and the card. I slowly take the card off and open it. I read through and see the number.

I look over my shoulder and then grab the home phone.

"Hello? Yeah this is Maribel...what are you doing Friday?"
