Chapter 14

-Rachel pov-
Dance class has been amazing! Cassandra has gotten a few more people to join her studio. The moms help some and so do the grandparents! It's been really fun learning here.

A few days ago Cass got let out and the moms have been watching out for her. It's been nice to have freedoms while they are away too. The grandparents love our freedom days too.

Mamaw Mary has been getting a nice tan during them. Nana Janine just likes lounging around with no worries. It's been so fun to see them all relaxed and having fun. I'm starting to love being babysat by them!

"Alright!" Cass claps with a smile "That does it for today! Remember to tell your family about the upcoming dance competition!"

The students leave and Cass closes the windows "I have never been so wore out" I sit down on the floor and suck on my thumb "There a pacifier somewhere in here"

Cass goes to her office while the moms gather our stuff. After a few minutes Cass comes out with my paci. I smile and she quickly walks over and gives me it. She picks me up and I lay my head on her shoulder.

"I think someone is sleepy" Cass runs a hand through my hair "Why don't you take a nap?"

I yawn as Cass keeps running her hand through my hair. I see my mom smiling as my eyes start to close. This is nice.

-Shelby pov-
I smile as Cass holds a sleeping Rachel in her arms. I still have trouble getting her to sleep so I'm glad she is finally going easy on someone. We get all of our stuff out to the car and head home.

Cass is staying the night tonight. It's to see how well she can fit into our craziness. I think she'll do well but my fiancés...well they have a bet going. They have money on how quick she snaps.

I haven't put any money on anything. I'm hoping she doesn't snap at all. But I guess time will tell. We drive home and get everything taken inside.

I'm unloading somethings when I see a baby crawl rush. I notice my mom, Janine, and my fiancés stalking them. I raise a confused eyebrow and walk closer to see.

I watch as all of the girls go to Cass. They all grab onto her and start to fuss. I see the girls smiling but stop when they realize I'm there. They all look around innocently.

"All in that she doesn't snap and she calms them down" They all look at me like I'm crazy "Take it or leave it"

They all nod and we turn back to watch what happens. Cassandra picks up them and put them on the couch. She holds Lucy and Jasmine. She sways with the girls.
