The confusion was put on Eren's face. "She left? But she would never!" Eren thought. "W-Well can I visit her sometime?" To not look so suspicious, Commander Erwin told Eren: "Yes you may. But I want you to stay concentrated. I might append another mission in the schedule." Eren did his salute and escorted to his room.
Yet, on his way to his room, he heard muffled shrieks turning heavier and louder as he took a step toward his room in the hallway. "What's that loud noise?" Eren wondered, looking around himself. "What are you doing Eren? You look like an idiot." Jean told him as he passed by Eren. "Shut up!" You told him as you tried listening to the screams again. "What did you say?!" Jean picked Eren's shirt and got set to punch him in the face, but Jean started hearing the screams too.
Eren and Jean leisurely strolled down a staircase that led to the basement. Jean checked to see if there were any soldiers along the hallways, and the coast was clear. Jean and Eren shuffled approaching the spot where they detected all the screaming. "That's enough for tonight. You might just kill her if we continue. Bring her back to her cell." They heard. The soldier began to march toward where Eren and Jean were, and they both hurried to find a place to hide. They immediately hid behind a wall, and as soon as they crossed, they stared at the soldier.
Jean's and Eren's eyes both grew as they gazed at the girl. "But... What's she doing here?" Eren thought. The thought in his head was as powerful as it would be if he said this aloud. "I thought... I thought Commander told me she didn't like it here anymore!" Eren bitterly said in his head, glancing at your H/C hair from behind. "Eren! What are you doing?!" Jean whisper called as he looked at Eren violently stomp out into the open. He knocked out this soldier from behind and didn't care about anything else but you. Jean served along. "Y/N! Are you okay?! What did they do to you?!"
Eren unblocked your rumpled hair out of your face and looked into your eyes. You looked completely dead. The hope and colour in your eyes died. You couldn't even pass a single smile to anyone anymore. So many bruises on your face. So many cuts on your arms. Jean and Eren couldn't gawk into your face anymore. Your legs couldn't hold the weight of yourself anymore, and you fell to the ground.
"Someone please help Y/N!" Eren brought you to the dining hall. "Is that Y/N?" Armin bid, troubled. Soldiers rose to assemble around you, as Eren laid you on a table. "What's going on here?"
Everyone made so much commotion that Commander Erwin had to check the dining hall. Eren held you in his arms and sought to defend you from Commander Erwin by embracing you with his arms. "Explain, Commander!" Gasps were caught around the room. Nobody was reckoned to communicate with their commander in such a way.
"She seized the last titan serum. I had no option but to give her discipline." Commander Erwin said this with no passion shown. "She wouldn't steal the last serum! I've known her for years, and I know she would never!" "Why can't I hold myself from telling these things out loud?!" Eren said in his head. He couldn't stop himself from arguing back to his Commander because he needed to stand up for you.
"It seems like I'll have to bring you both down there." Commander Erwin stated, and Eren's eyes widened. "Well... If it's for Y/N... Then I'll go with her." Commander Erwin was stunned by this but didn't designate any of it. "I... Stole the last titan serum." a voice from the crowd of scouts was heard.
Everyone gazed toward the soldier, who was Floch, Floch Forster. "Tell me why you stole it. I want to know." Commander Erwin ordered. "I did it for something useful! W-Who knows?! S-Someone could be on the v-verge of d-dying! I have the thing that will a-allow that person to live!" Floch faltered many times, afraid of what outcomes he'll have to admit.
"Eren, we will talk about Y/N later. Bring her to your room and ask Hange or Levi to take care of her cuts and bruises."
