"Well, it has been 5 years! You even followed the Survey Corps like you said you would!" There was a brief hush within you two. "But I'm especially sorry... I couldn't join as I declared. My father told me I should join when I'm more aged. But, this is the year I join!" Eren gave you a firm smile. "Well, I've gotta get going. I'll see you around!"
You hadn't heard Eren say "See you around!" in a long time, which made you nostalgic.
The facade started to wave, and you were unclear. It was then you understood. "There are titan's here! That explains why the Survey Corps are here!" You ran out of the alleyway and saw 4 titans. One of the titans was near your area. Terror wouldn't let you move. Another soldier swayed in and seized you. "Are you okay?" the soldier demanded. "Y-Yeah." "You stay here. I'll take down the titans." the soldier left you standing on a roof.
Your nervousness made you stagger around on top of the roof. You risked going somewhere else to see if you could locate Eren from above. "Eren?!" You called his name various times, but there was no response. A powerful cyclone almost forced you off of the roof, but you were able to keep yourself in place.
When you opened your eyes, you saw a titan fighting its individual kind. "What are you doing?! You need to get out of here!" A soldier yelled at you. You didn't correctly pay consideration to his words and watched that titan. It was... Familiar to you.
"What's wrong Jean?" "This girl won't get out of here!" As that titan roared and killed, you just gazed at it. "What are you? Stupid?! Don't walk toward the titan, you need to get away from the titan!" That soldier called "Jean" screamed at you. "Calm down Jean! She's just a girl!" Jean keened and rolled his eyes, then kept you and sped away with you in his arm.
It was moments later you apprehended that he was carrying you. "Wait please! Take me back!" You requested. "What?!" "Just please bring me back! I'm begging you!" Jean ignored you and resumed his way to bring you to shelter. He brought you to ground level, and once you took a step on the territory, you ran toward the direction you just came from. "Stop! It's dangerous there!" Jean tracked you down.
You stood on top of that specific rooftop where you noticed the titan and called: "Eren!". All the soldiers stared at you when you called his name. "Eren?" "She knows Eren?" The soldiers conversed. As Jean caught his breath, he sought to yell this as powerful as he could: "Get away from the titan!" Everything was quiet in your ears.
The titan yelled at you, but you had no fear. This titan's face was up close to you. You put your hand on the heart of the titan's nose. "Is she absurd?" Jean mused, looking at you. The titan's face was now eased. "Eren." You modestly said. The titan was Eren. You were so focused on Eren's titan, that you hadn't heard anything else but his faint pants.
