Chapter 13 - Christmas Special~*~

Alex's P.O.V.

AUTUMN'S DRESS ON THE SIDE

The weeks seemed to fly by without any stops. School was...interesting to say at the least. Human girls still seemed to be convinced that my relationship with Autumn was me just thinking that she's a quick fuck and I'll break her heart like the other girl's I've been with...little did they know, it's far from that. Werewolf girls seemed to finally accept us as mates and respect us; but do you want to know what got on my nerves the most? The fact that the human girls kept draping themselves over me....desperate much?

Today was Christmas....meaning Autumn is throwing a Christmas Party...which I am required to attend. I know Autumn well enough that she hates throwing theses parties. I know for a fact that she only does this is because she wants to keep her reputation going, or maybe even to just bring our kind together and have fun. I'll go with the second reason...since the first one doesn't make sense nor does it fit Autumn's personality.

Luca and Lani have been good lately. There's not much to say since I haven't visited them much. Last I heard, Lani got sick, but I think she probably got better, who knows. Autumn's father, Greg, has been around a lot. I'm actually happy to have him around, and try and to make things right with his family. Who can blame him? If I lost Autumn, I would've probably never make it out alive without her by my side.

"Alex!" someone shouted. Before you know it, I ran into something...very hard I might add. I heard snickers and laughs float around me as I shook my head and tried to concentrate on what the hell just happened.

"Dude, you okay?" asked Jordan. I nodded.

"What the hell just happened?" I asked. Max snickered, which I returned with a drop dead look.

"You bumped into your car," said Jordan. I groaned and ran a hand over my face. Max laughed while Jordan looked at me with a concerned look. Thanks a lot for your sympathy, Max. Great best friend you are. Note my sarcasm. The three of us were going over to Autumn's house, seeing as we had nothing else to do. Jordan was invited to Autumn's Christmas Party, but he and his family were going to their cabin in Minnesota and do their normal Christmas tradition. Max, being in my pack, is also invited to the Party, which him and his family nearly passed out when I told them. Only close friends and their family from my pack is invited to the party, while Autumn's pack is invited, along with Alpha's and Luna's with their children and family, plus guests...

"Dude, c'mon, get over it, I wanna go to Autumn's house already," whined Max. I looked at him with a flat look, which he returned with a smirk. Douche.

We finally pulled up to Autumn's house...after all the security checks we had to go through. Well...Max and Jordan did, not me, since I was already on the VIP list to come to Autumn's house whenever I wanted to, when I wanted to. On the other hand...May and Jordan looked like they were ready to puke.

"Dude! Did you see how that one guy looked like he was ready to rip me to shreds when I accidentally stuttered?!" asked Max, disbelief clear as day in his tone. I laughed and nodded, while Jordan smiled sheepishly.

"C'mon." I said, rolling my eyes.

Once we entered through the house, the both of them gasped.

"Amazing, isn't it?" I asked. I looked back at the both of them and saw them give me a weak nod as their wide eyes took in everything.

"I knew Autumn was rich but....this is freaking amazing!" yelled Jordan. I laughed and agreed.
