After I had gotten dressed, well really just thrown in a pair of sweatpants and a sweater, Nat, Clint and I went out to the common room. It was around 8, and I had gotten a pretty good sleep, thanks to Nat. I stumbled to the couch, where I promptly collapsed.

"You want breakfast?" I looked over and Clint had a pan in his hands.

"I'll have bacon." My voice was rough.

"You can't just have bacon for breakfast."

"Fine I'll have sausages and bacon." I could tell he wanted to say something, but this was a battle he was not going to win.

"Cami? Oh thank goodness. I was worried." Bruce came through the door.

"Yeah good to see you awake Sleeping Beauty." Tony added. I scowled.

"Uh huh." I turned my attention to the plate that was set in my lap, filled with exactly what I asked for. I inhaled the bacon, leaving some for the end, and then I ate two sausages. "Also, it's Amelia."

"What?" Tony looked bewildered.

"My name. It's Amelia."

"Oh, well if that's what you want to be called." I nodded, finishing my plate. Eventually everyone trickled in, and they all got to fawn over me. Everyone had stayed, apparently there was more meetings, the real surprise though, was when Tony told me that I would be attending one.

"I'm sorry what?"

"Yeah apparently Fury wants you at the meeting." I thought for a second. I would definitely get in trouble. I was rude to the head of SHIELD for goodness sake!

"That's not good."

"Um not really no."

"Thanks for the reassurance Tony that really helps." I was tired and stressed, which did not make for a good combo. I heaved myself up, and got dressed. A pair of jeans and a t-shirt, which read, 'I'm actually a really nice person, you just annoy me' and walked out to collapse on the couch again. Peter came up to me, Quill that is.

"You ready for the sparring again?"

"Sparring?"

"You know the bets."

"Oh right." I had totally forgotten about that. "Of course."

"Good. Cause right after the meeting," I tuned him out as he talked. The meeting was in about 15 minutes and I was scared, although I would never admit it. "Cami. Cami!"

"Hm?"

"Were you listening?"

"To be honest, no." Then Tony called us to go to the meeting. I gnawed at my nails, a really bad habit I had. By the time we had gotten to the room, my nails were down to stubs. I forced myself to stop, I didn't want them to bleed again, and calmed myself. This wouldn't be that bad. Right? We walked in and sat in the chairs set around the table. A few seconds later Fury burst through the door, and I rolled my eyes. Always had to make a dramatic entrance. His eyes fixed on me and I saluted to him, causing him to turn away. He started to talk, I wasn't paying attention, so I don't know what about, and I searched everyone's faces. Tony was bored out of his mind, trying to twirl his pen, Steve was fully paying attention, and the others were either half listening or whispering to each other.

"Now on the point of you." I could feel his pointed gaze on me.

"What about me?"

"Well as far as I'm concerned I did not let another person in this building. So why are you here? And why was I not alerted?"

"That's your problem Fury." I stood up from my chair. "You think you control everything. If you'd have controlled this, I would still be on the streets. So thanks but no thanks." I turned out of the room, but not before saying, "By the way, I'm not sorry for crashing into you yesterday." I then walked out of the room, done with this.

Nat's POV
We were called to the meeting with Fury. So we got up, walked over, and I could see Cami, no Amelia, chewing her nails. She was scared, with a good reason to too, and by the time we had gotten to the room, she was trying to calm down. I sat in my seat, at the back so I could see everyone, and fixed my eyes on Fury, who burst through the door, eyes fixing on Amelia. She gave him a mock salute, and I held back a chuckle as he huffed, turning away. He started to drone on about missions and such. I tried my hardest to pay attention, but I failed. Finally he said,

"Now on the point of you."

"What about me?" Uh oh. This was not going to end well. And would i stop it? No. Free entertainment.

"Well as far as I'm concerned I did not let another person into this building. So why are you here? And why was I not alerted?" I saw Amelia's eyes light up. She was done with him.

"That's your problem Fury." She stood up, her chair screeching back. "You think you control everything. If you'd have controlled this, I would still be on the streets. So thanks but no thanks." I was surprised. I wouldn't even do something like this. She did have a point though. Fury would have dragged this out. I almost got up to go after her, but she turned back. "By the way, I'm not sorry for crashing into you yesterday." And with that, she strutted out of the room. Everyone was in shock, before I heard a chuckle. I turned to find who it was. Tony? Quill? Nope. It was Fury. Fury, Nick Fury, director of SHEILD, all around emotionless guy, was laughing.

"Nick?" I asked in disbelief.

"I'm sorry but that was the best. She, a literal 14 year old, stood up to me, when the mighty avengers don't. I like her. She can stay." He then walked out, still chuckling.

"Raise your hand if you didn't know Eyepatch had emotions." Tony said. Every single hand flew up.
