Chapter 9

The first thing Nathan did after leaving the cafe was finding Stana. He first went back to the set but since nobody was there he figured she's gotta be at her apartment. When he got there he first waited in his car a bit because he was afraid that she wouldn't want to talk to him. He was afraid that she would want him to go. He couldn't blame her tho if she would do that because he acted like an asshole before and he knew that. He took a deep breath got out of his car and knocked on her door. It took awhile until Stana opened the door and when she did he said: 'I'm so sorry.' But Stana just rolled her eyes and was about to close the door again but Nathan stopped her and just came in. Stana didn't do anything against it because she knew that they had to talk at some point. She didn't say anything tho because she wanted Nathan to start. 'I'm sorry, Stana. I know I shouldn't have just walked away.', he said apologizing. He expected Stana to say something but she didn't so he talked further: 'I know that it was wrong but I was... I was shocked and afraid.' 'Do you think I'm not shocked and afraid? Do you think I wasn't afraid to tell you? Do you think it made me feel any relieved to see your reaction? Look Nathan if you don't want the baby, if you don't wanna be a part of it, then just tell me.', she said.

Nathan, who couldn't believe what Stana thought said: 'No, no, no, of course I want the baby. It's my baby. It's our baby. And I'm sorry Stana. But just know that I'll be there for you. For you and the baby.' Stana sat down on the couch and started crying. Nathan, who didn't know why sat down next to her and hugged her. 'Hey what's wrong?', he asked softly. 'I don't know if I can do this Nathan.', she said. 'Of course you can. You're perfect, Stana. You've been through so much already. You can handle everything and you come along with everybody. You... I love you Stana. I've always loved you. Always.', he said afraid of her answer. Stana was shocked to hear that from him. 'I love you too, Nathan.', was the only thing she said because it was true. For a moment they just hugged each other without saying something but then Stana said: 'Wanna see the ultrasound pictures?', she asked with a smirk. 'Yeah, yeah of course.', he said excited. Stana got up to get the pictures and Nathan waited on the couch. When she handled him the pictures all the fears Nathan had disappeared. That little thing on the picture was his little baby. 'The baby looks like a peanut.', he said proud. Stana just rolled her eyes but also smiled at his comment. 'Since when do you know?', he asked. 'Since yesterday. I actually wanted to call you right away but I figured it would be better to tell you about it in person.' 'How far are you?' 'Eight weeks.', she said. 'Who knows about it?', he asked curious.

'I just told Tamala about it. No one else. Not even my mother or my sister. I wanted you to be the first one who gets to know about it.', she said. Nathan now looked at the pictured again. 'That's our baby.', he said kinda not believing it yet. 'Yeah.', Stana said looking at the picture. 'And we're together now?', he asked. She looked in his eyes and said: 'Yeah.' Both of them smiled. 'We have to tell Andrew and the rest of the crew about it. And of course our families, tho my mother already knows and I guess by know everybody of my family knows.', he said smiling at her. 'Shall we tell them tomorrow?', she suggested. 'On the set?', he asked. 'Yeah.' 'How about we do a barbecue on this weekend at my place? We invite the crew and our family and then we can tell them all at once.', he said. 'Yeah, sounds great.', she whispered and kissed him.
