The machine powers down

"Yes!" Cisco exclaims, high-fiving me

Cicada II is about to attack us but Barry speeds at her and knocks her out

"The Atomizer's off." Cisco announces

"Flash!" KF calls

She shoots ice at the mirror gun and it slides to Barry

"The dagger." Barry says, grabbing the gun

"She didn't have the dagger in the future." Ralph whispers. "The dagger is Thawne's plan." He jumps up. "Don't shoot it!" He yells

Unfortunately, Barry had already pulled the trigger

Ralph had jumped in the path of the mirror gun

Cicada II's dagger clanks against the ground

"No, no! What's he doing?" Nora yells through the comms

Ralph starts to shake

"Ralph?" I ask as we all watch

Ralph morphs from the blast of the mirror gun and he falls to the ground

Cisco, Barry, Frost, and I run over to Ralph

"Cicada... Thawne, dagger." Ralph tells us

Cicada II grabs her dagger and jumps up into the air, breaking through the roof

"How's Ralph?" Barry asks as Caitlin walks into the cortex

"I've never seen anything like it." Caitlin says, pulling the scans up on the tablet. "I can't quite figure it out. His cells are kinetically inverted. It's like they're the reverse of themselves."

"Should've spent more time trying to figure out how this thing works." Cisco says, putting the mirror gun on the desk

"I just don't understand why he would jump in front of that blast." Nora says. "I mean, why would he do that?"

"That's the question, isn't it?" Sherloque says, walking in. "That's the question."

"In other news, Cicada deuce is still MIA." Cisco says

"All right, we should get to CCPD, see if we can find anything that could help us track her." Barry says

Barry, Nora, and Iris walk out

Cisco's phone buzzes and he groans

"What?" Caitlin and I ask

"I'm supposed to meet up with Kamilla later." Cisco says

"I thought things were going really well for you two." Cailtin says

"They are." Cisco says. "I just haven't told her about my vibratory alter ego yet."

"Cisco, if you're serious about being with her, you have to tell her the truth." Caitlin says

"I know." Cisco whispers

"Definitely some kind of wood fragment." Cisco says, analyzing what Iris, Barry, and Nora brought us from CCPD

"And you think those will lead us to where Cicada's hiding?" Iris asks
